Dried scallop tofu soup
Ingredients:
Scallops, tofu
Accessories:
Ginger, shallots, oil, salt, cooking wine, water starch
Preparation steps:
1. Prepare the tofu for later
2. Wash the scallops with water and soak in cooking wine for 30 minutes
3. Cut the tofu into thin strips, put it in a basin, and add water to the basin
4. Cut the ginger into slices, cut the green onion into small pieces, and prepare the water starch for later
5. Put the scallops in cold water and steam on high heat for 20 minutes
6. Press the scallops into filaments while they are hot
7. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add dried bees, ginger slices, cooking wine in the pot
8. Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes
9. Turn the heat to high and add shredded tofu in the pot
10. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot
11. Put an appropriate amount of salt in the pot
12. Put water starch in the pot and turn off the heat
13. Arrange the plate and garnish with some green onions
