method:

1. Rinse the dog meat in cold water for 2 hours to remove the blood, wash it and chop it into squares of the same size.

2: Boil water, put 3 knotted green onions in cold water, a sliced ginger, cut into cubes of dog meat, boil over medium heat and fish out, after crossing the cold river, control the water and set aside.
