On the morning of the 21st, the Jiaxin community of Xiaolongkan Street in Shapingba District was very lively. On the occasion of the 8th "5.23 China Literary and Art Volunteer Service Day", the Chongqing Literary and Art Volunteer Association, the Propaganda Department of the Shapingba District Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Chongqing Shapingba District Federation of Literary and Art Circles jointly organized the "Learning Party History, Passing on the Spirit, and Following the Party" - Chongqing Literary and Art Volunteer Service Activity for the Practice of Civilization in the New Era came to Jiaxin Community to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with the community masses.

At about 8:00 a.m., the literary and artistic volunteer service team from the Shapingba District Photographers Association came to the community early, and more than 10 photography volunteers recorded the smiling faces of the masses with the cameras in their hands, took family portraits and commemorative photos for the masses, and printed the good photos on the spot for free, which was welcomed by the citizens. The event site also held a "City of Landscapes and Rivers, Beautiful Lands" theme photography exhibition, 60 photos reflecting the landscape and humanities of Chongqing recorded the gratifying changes in Chongqing's high-quality development since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, attracting many people to stop and watch the exhibition.

At 10:00 a.m., the theme of "Learning Party History, Passing on the Spirit, and Following the Party" pushed the activity to a climax. The performance kicked off in the dance "China in the Lights", with 10 programs in various forms and rich content. Zhang Lihui, Ling Lin and other well-known artists who are loved by the masses came to the scene and interacted with the community through songs, operas and other literary and artistic programs. The whole performance was splendid, including "China Power" in the form of acrobatics, "Singing Mountain Songs to the Party" that expressed inner feelings, "Manjiang Hong", a poem that inherited excellent traditional culture in the form of recitation, and "Red Meizan", which deeply remembered the revolutionary martyrs. Finally, the dance "The Hearts of the Sons and Daughters of All Nationalities" as the finale of the event ended.
