On the morning of October 19, the first session of the 18th People's Congress of Yihuang County held an election meeting at the Yihuang Opera Grand Theatre. Executive Chairmen Du Xiaoliang, Luo Jianshun, Yi Jianwen, Huang Xiaoyong, Huang Shuanglong, Jiang Zhiyong, Hong Chuanfu, Shao Jianyi, Huang Li, Tu Zhiyong, Zhu Junbing, Shao Ting, Ouyang Puhua and Huang Zujun sat in the front row of the rostrum. Du Xiaoliang, secretary of the county party committee, presided over the meeting.
The General Assembly shall be composed of 187 delegates, 186 actually, and 1 person on leave, in accordance with the quorum.
At the meeting, the draft list of voters and scrutineers elected by the General Assembly was voted and approved. Elections to the General Assembly were held, the results of which were announced and certificates of election were issued.
Luo Jianshun was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth County People's Congress; Huang Xiaoyong, Huang Shuanglong, Jiang Zhiyong, Hong Chuanfu, and Shao Jianyi were elected vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth County People's Congress; Liu Jianqing, Li Youcai, and 23 other comrades were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth County People's Congress; Chen Xiaoqing was elected county chief of the county people's government; Hu Qizhong, Zhou Qin, Hu Hai, Luo Xiaogang, Yang Fuping, Yu Zhiyun, and Wu Mei were elected as deputy county governors of the county people's government; Liu Faxiang was elected chairman of the county supervision commission; and Shangguan Xiaodong was elected president of the county people's court When Roger is elected chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate, he must be reported to the chief procurator of the Fuzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate for approval by the Standing Committee of the Fuzhou Municipal People's Congress; Du Xiaoliang, Chen Xiaoqing, and 21 other comrades were elected as deputies to the Fifth People's Congress of Fuzhou City. The meeting also voted to approve the members of the relevant special committees of the Eighteenth County People's Congress.
