At the end of 2012, he returned to China to engage in fish genetics and breeding in the College of Fisheries of Huazhong Agricultural University. He is the main lecturer of the doctoral course "Aquatic Science Symposium" and the undergraduate course "Fish Developmental Biology", participated in the master's degree course "Advances in Aquatic Science Research" and "Fish Genomics", and the undergraduate course "Aquatic Biomolecular Biology".
