  On October 7, 2021, Ambassador Tohypin met with the Chairman (Prime Minister) of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tegeltiya.

  Ji Ping said that in recent years, China and Poland have carried out extensive cooperation under the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative and China-CEEC cooperation, and achieved fruitful results. China is willing to continue to work with the Polish side to overcome the challenges of the epidemic, improve the level of connectivity, accelerate economic recovery, and jointly promote stronger, greener and healthier global development.

  Tegeltiya said that today's world is in an era of great differentiation and great changes, and the "Global Development Initiative" proposed by President Xi Jinping is opportune and fully demonstrates China's responsibility as a world power, which I greatly admire and appreciate. Bosnia and Herzegovina attaches great importance to the development of relations with China and fully respects China's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. The Polish side is willing to work with China to actively promote bilateral cooperation while jointly addressing global issues such as poverty reduction, climate change and food security.

  The two sides also exchanged views on other issues of common interest.
