The time of large discharge of scallops is predicted based on the development of scallop adult gonads of ctenophores. The water temperature in the sea area reached about 14-16 degrees, and the development of scallop shells was observed, the gonad index was measured by dissecting the shellfish, and the scallop discharge time was judged by the change of the gonad index, and the scallop discharge time in the sea area of Taozi Bay was expected to be in late May, the scallop discharge time in the Qianhai sea area of Kuntong Island was in early June, and the discharge time of scallops in the houhai sea area of Kuntong Island was in early to mid-June.

Carry out the survey of trawling in the sea area, starting from the end of May, organize technical personnel to conduct a trawling survey in the sea area of Taozi Bay and Kundong Island in our region, and quantitatively characterize the trawl samples in each sea area, observe the development of fertilized eggs and larvae through microscopy, and then predict the appropriate semi-artificial seedling bagging time. It is expected that the bagging time in the sea area of TaoziWan will be controlled around June 10, the baging time in the Qianhai Sea area of Kundong Island will be June 12-20, and the baging time in the Houhai Sea area of Kundong Island will be June 20-30.

Carry out a survey on the number of semi-artificial seedlings and bags in the whole region. Investigate the farms around the suitable seedling sea area in our region to find out the number of semi-artificial seedling bags in the whole region. Among them, there are 15 breeding enterprises in Xikou Village, with a number of 8 million bags, and more than 30 breeding enterprises in Kundong Island Village, with a number of more than 10 million bags. The number of bags thrown in the whole district is expected to be nearly 20 million bags.
