Deeply implement the innovation-driven strategy, accelerate the advancement of the industrial base, and modernize the industrial chain, Lushan strives to build two leading industries of biomedicine and equipment manufacturing, two high-growth industries of green new building materials and green food, and two traditional industries of cultural tourism and health care and silk home textiles, and build a "2+2+2" industrial system. Vigorously develop edible mushrooms, crisp pears, blueberries and other characteristic industries, strive to create "the first county of shiitake mushrooms in the Central Plains" and "the first county of blueberries in the Central Plains", deeply cultivate traditional industries such as Zhangliangjiang, Yaoshan beef leg goat and tulip silkworm breeding and processing, and polish the business card of lushan traditional characteristic industries. Through the first to try, to create a model, while grasping the construction of key demonstration villages, with points and surfaces, connected into pieces, to promote the revitalization of the whole countryside. Focusing on key links such as "one income, two worries and three guarantees", Lushan County focuses on key personnel such as special hardship support, low insurance, widows and the elderly, and focuses on the families of special groups such as unemployed people, seriously ill and chronically ill patients with heavy burdens, severely disabled people, disabled elderly people, and children in distress. Through the "four investigations" such as grass-roots cadre investigation, departmental screening and early warning, self-declaration by farmers, and large-scale poverty return to poverty investigation and early warning, all monitoring objects are helped in five ways, such as industrial assistance, employment assistance, comprehensive security, social assistance, and support for aspirations and wisdom, until the risk of returning to poverty is eliminated. Study and set up a leading group for the monitoring and assistance work of preventing returning to poverty, formulate the "Emergency Plan for monitoring and supporting the prevention of returning to poverty in Lushan County", organize party members and village group cadres to establish help pairs with them through the establishment and improvement of institutional mechanisms, and formulate assistance plans for each person and household, strengthen dynamic management, refine policy measures, strengthen responsibility, improve the effectiveness of monitoring, early warning and assistance, and resolutely adhere to the bottom line of preventing poverty return.

Lushan County strengthens the follow-up management of poverty alleviation project funds and standardizes the supervision and management of rural revitalization projects, improves the implementation plan for the construction of the project database through analysis and judgment, standardizes the procedures for project declaration, approval, and publicity, and uses the limited funds on the "blade" to ensure accurate project implementation and accurate performance. In order to fight disasters and prevent epidemics, we organized various teams of the project office and the operational guidance group of the theater to go deep into the countryside to investigate the construction of projects after the disaster, understand the construction of projects, the damage of completed projects, check the progress of fund allocation, supervise and guide townships and towns to mobilize the masses to invest in labor, and carry out the restoration of damaged poverty alleviation projects. At the same time, more than 800 public welfare posts have been added, 1,018 cadres at all levels have been selected to carry out work in the villages, and the village-based task forces have become the "vanguard" of epidemic prevention and control and disaster prevention and relief, and have built the "first line of defense" in the villages with practical actions to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
