As a young volunteer in Changba Town, Sinan County, Tongren City, Guizhou Province, since coming to work in Changba Town for a year, I have often heard the phrase "Youth is prosperous and the country is prosperous, and youth is strong and the country is strong", which has left a deep impression on my heart. As a young volunteer, I always keep in mind my original intention and mission. I am profoundly aware that we must regard strengthening the study of political ideology as an important aspect of improving our self-cultivation. The members of the Communist Youth League are an important reserve force of the party, and the party has called on the league to take action, which is the basic purpose and principle of the members of the Communist Youth League. As a member of the Communist Youth League, I should conscientiously study the important thinking of the "three represents," constantly improve myself, enrich myself, set strict demands on myself, and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values.

At present, the town Youth League Committee has always adhered to party building and led the construction of the league, and in accordance with the overall line of "strengthening the organization, gathering people's hearts, grasping services, and increasing vitality", from the perspective of consolidating and strengthening the construction of grass-roots Communist Youth League organizations, innovating the operation mechanism of the Communist Youth League organization, enlivening the work of the grass-roots Communist Youth League as a whole, continuously improving the cohesion, attractiveness and combat effectiveness of the Communist Youth League organization, and effectively promoting the overall improvement of the level of grass-roots youth league building in the county.

At present, the Youth League Committee of our town has carried out a unified work of changing the term of office of all 15 villages (communities), the first secretary of the village is equipped with a rate of 100 percent, and the number of cadres stationed in the village is more than 2; in this readjustment, efforts have been made to implement the plan for college students and village officials to enter the league, to strengthen the strength of the youth league committee, and to extensively mobilize the young league members and college student village officials of our town through actively winning the support of party and government leaders, and to equip the members of each village task force at one time, which is unique in the work of changing the term of office of the youth league committee in our town. The organizational team has been strengthened, and the influence of the town has gradually increased.

Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the five major revitalization strategies for rural revitalization have been emphasized many times, and the rural revitalization strategy adheres to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, with the goal of establishing and improving the institutional mechanisms and policy systems for the integration of urban and rural development in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity, ecological livability, civilized rural style, effective governance, and affluent life, and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. The rural areas have been comprehensively revitalized, and the strong agriculture, rural beauty, and peasant prosperity have been fully realized. He has also repeatedly proposed that young cadres should be encouraged to improve their seven abilities: political ability, investigation and research ability, scientific decision-making ability, ability to tackle tough problems in reform, ability to deal with emergencies, ability to work with the masses, and ability to grasp implementation; they must bravely face problems and constantly solve problems with the mentality of wanting to be officers, being able to do things, and doing things. In order to further encourage the enthusiasm, initiative, and innovation of the vast number of young cadres in the town, we should build a contingent of high-quality professional young cadres who meet the standards of good cadres in the new period, are loyal and clean, have sufficient quantity, and are full of vitality, carry out the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside with the people as the mainstay, and comprehensively achieve the goals of strong agriculture, rural beauty, and peasant prosperity.

In order to focus on consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and effectively linking with rural revitalization, we will accurately implement support measures, make up for shortcomings, eliminate risks, and effectively prevent poverty from returning to poverty. At the business training meeting on the dynamic monitoring and support mechanism for preventing the return to poverty held by our town on July 20, Secretary Qin stressed that this year is the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan", a key year for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and effectively linking with rural revitalization, and the most important and urgent task at present. We must fully understand the importance of improving the monitoring and support mechanism for preventing the return to poverty, prevent the emergence of large-scale return to poverty, and carry out a town-wide inspection in strict accordance with the procedures of dynamic identification, monitoring and assistance, and risk elimination with a highly responsible spirit and an extremely responsible attitude. In accordance with the strategy of the five major revitalization of rural revitalization, establish and improve the institutional mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

As a young volunteer in Changba, I will respond positively, keep in mind the original intention of seeking happiness for the people, and strive to make youth contributions to the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
