In 2019, the whole region achieved a GDP of 65.5 billion yuan, a general public budget revenue of 5.1 billion yuan, full-caliber industrial invoice sales exceeded the 100 billion mark, the per capita disposable income of urban and rural permanent residents reached 39437 yuan and 25121 yuan respectively, and the per capita GDP, new "four upper" enterprises, new industrial enterprises, the growth of added value of the service industry, new loans from financial institutions, and total import and export indicators remained in the forefront of Yancheng. In the first half of the year, our district coordinated the promotion of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, did a solid job of "six stability" and "six guarantees", various economic indicators picked up month by month after the comprehensive resumption of production and work, stabilized the basic development plate, the GDP growth rate of the whole region turned negative to positive, 2.8, 0.3, 0.8 percentage points higher than the whole country, the province, and the city, respectively, and the full caliber industrial invoice sales, total import and export, electricity consumption of the whole society, the number of new "four upper" enterprises, the balance and increment of loans of financial institutions, and other indicators yancheng ranked first.
