The famous writer Li Di died of illness| interview before his death: I am the glue that sticks to the know

Li Di

At 9:38 on June 29, the famous writer Li Di died at the age of 71 due to ineffective medical treatment. Li Di was born in Beijing on January 29, 1950. He has published more than 40 novels and reportages, such as "Here is the Forest of Terror", "The Woman Knocking on the Door in the Evening", "Listening to Li Di Tell the Story of the Chinese Police", "The Story of Yonghe People's Home", "Eighteen Stories of Eighteen Cave Villages", etc. Before his death, Li Di always went to the front line to conduct in-depth life interviews, accumulating fatigue, and the last interview was before the new crown pneumonia epidemic, he fell like a warrior in front of the true love article case he had written all his life. At the end of his life, two new books, "The Story of Yonghe People" and "Eighteen Stories of Eighteen Cave Villages", which he wrote and wrote reflecting the poverty alleviation in rural areas, were published, which became his last dedication to the readers he loved deeply.

On November 30, 2015, the special issue of China Art Newspaper Big Vision published the article "Old Man Li Di: I Am the Sticky Glue" written by reporter Jin Taocai of this newspaper, which was pushed again today, so that we can remember the funny and cheerful old man who loves red clothes and white pants and has "Li's unique writing secret book" in the vivid text - Li Di.

Old Man Li Di: I am the sticky glue

China Art Daily reporter Jin Tao

In the dead of night, a dark shadow, facing the cold wind, shrunk his neck, walking on the path of the detention center. Passing by the high wall with the power grid, the sentry on the high place suddenly turned on the searchlight, and an old man shouted in a hurry, Don't shoot, I am a good man!

This old man who walks at night is the writer Li Di. In 2012, the literary circles commemorated the 70th anniversary of the publication of the "Speech at the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum", and in the Great Hall of the People, Li Di, as a representative of writers, talked about the relationship between creation and life, and told the story of the Seven Dandong Detention Center. When I first met Li Di, the image of the old man walking at night in the detention center was immediately frozen in my heart. After the meeting, among the group, I stared at him closely, hoping to learn more, but I did not expect that the old man was angry at the bottom of his feet, and I chased after him until the door of the Great Hall. Later, it was learned that Li Di danced a "zombie dance" in the park every day, insisted on 100 push-ups a day, and his body was better than that of the boys.

From 2012 to the present, although it is almost ancient, Li Di's in-depth life style creation has never stopped. In just over three years, he walked the desert, ran the loess slope, and went to the Wuxi police camp six times, with fruitful results, and his works frequently occupied the headlines of major media supplements in Beijing. Friends together, talking about Li Di's creative momentum, all gave a thumbs up. I asked him, can you talk about these years of creative experience? He replied crunchily, you set the time, I choose the location, just find a place near my house. Why not at home? There are six stray cats in the house, and they always talk to me.

Red clothes, white pants, most occasions Li Di is red and white collocation, light brown small glasses to wear, beier spirit. The morning I was interviewed, he was still dressed like this. We chose a quick hotel near his house. He said to the hotel attendant, "Girl, if we start at ten o'clock, okay?" The waiter smiled and said, surely no problem. Li Di was also happy and laughed. Don't care to save a few dollars, he is enthusiastic to see everyone, talk to you a few words, and immediately mature people.

Start with things at the doorstep

Before I started talking about the creation of the style of Tiannanhaibei, Li Di first gave me an appetizer.

It was the story of his doorstep. Two walls, a vacant lot in the middle, a shoe repair stall in the cracks, master Hubei, forty years old. In Beijing, there are not many shoemakers, but they are not uncommon. Why did this shoemaker attract the attention of the writer? It turned out that this shoe repairman was just as enthusiastic and chatty as he was. Of course, the main reason for the shoemakers to chat is to attract business. When Li Di first came to shine and repair shoes, he wanted to observe and observe why this shoe repairman could talk to everyone and meet and get acquainted. As a result, I sat down to talk, and I didn't want to repair my shoes, but I also repaired them later. The shoemaker is very responsible, and will do business, one after another, Li Di found that this shoe repairman has special characteristics. One is neat, the wall behind him, nailed rows of small nails, all the parts, tool codes are placed in an orderly manner. The second is optimism, the shoe repair stall, it is also a flat square, there is a small narrow road behind, at night the tools are placed on the top of the aisle, and then taken out the next day. He is also not afraid of losing, because it is too narrow, only he can drill in and out. In greater Beijing, a small shoe repairman repairs shoes in corners that no one else can get into, but he does not feel that this is a humble thing, but he is particularly happy and enthusiastic, and there are endless words to say all day long. Li Di said, what a good subject, I have to write about this shoe repairman.

This is Li Di, who has seen a lot, has a cheerful personality, is an ordinary person, has no shelf at all, and always keenly observes the society around him. Li Di has a group of writers and editor friends, but he has also been a soldier and a zhiqing, and his personality is still a little wild, not only the gentleness and frugality of the literati. Li Di said that I am like water, when I encounter a river bend, I will bend, and when I meet a tree branch, I will follow the fork, so that I can talk with all kinds of people, get close at once, and become friends. I describe myself as sticky glue, as long as I hear the tree know-it-all call, go up to it, stick it, don't want to run, you fly on my glue, I want to record all your wings-beating sounds, become my story.

Three sentences lead to three good stories

"I've done my job, what will she do?"

After talking about the shoemaker, Li Di served three more large meals. Let's start with this first one.

Three years ago, Li Di accompanied the delegation to interview the Ministry of Public Security's network clearance operation. I went north to Shenyang, south to Dongyang, and listened to hundreds of reports, but basically they were all according to the script, and they couldn't get the story. One afternoon, Xu Huadong, instructor of the criminal police brigade of the Jiangsu Tongshan Public Security Bureau, said: I reported to the chiefs today on our pursuit and escape, and after I finished speaking, I began to read the draft, which is still a stylized routine, nothing more than how the leaders attach importance to it, how the police force is allocated, and so on. At the end of the reading, he said, I caught this female fugitive who had committed manslaughter, she had escaped for more than 20 years, was an underage when she left, and was now a mother of two children. Speaking of this, Xu Huadong lit a cigarette, and after spitting out the first puff of green smoke, a sentence came out of the cold: "I have completed the task, what should she do?" "The sound was so soft that almost no one noticed at the scene. Li Di, who listened to the report offstage, almost burst into tears and casually wrote down this sentence in his notebook.

At the end of the report, Li Di made a special trip from Beijing to Tongshan. Upon meeting, Xu Huadong was taken aback and said Teacher Li, are you here? Li Di said, yes, I came because you almost made me cry. We're here today, and you're talking about the sister killer again, and I'm sure it's not as you read it in your speech. Xu Huadong did not speak for half a day. Li Di thought to himself, is he not good at talking? Who knows, after about ten minutes of silence, Xu Huadong suddenly began to speak. As he spoke, tears involuntarily poured out of his eyes.

It turned out that more than 20 years ago, there were two sisters living in the aunt's house, because of trivial quarrels, the aunt picked up the hoe, broke the sister's head, the sister was also anxious, grabbed the lawn mower, originally to scare the aunt, did not expect to hit the key, the aunt fell down at that time. Two sisters, one just came of age, one was only 16 years old, and when they saw that their aunt was no longer able to do it, they were stupid. Later, the neighbor said, "Are you two fools standing here, waiting for the police?" Don't run yet! The sisters rode to the long-distance bus station, left their hometown, hid in many places, and finally settled in the Wuhai mining area of Inner Mongolia, settled down and had children, and also ran a small commissary, the family is very happy, and the children are also very good. Xu Huadong said that if they were not caught, it would be two very perfect homes.

Then again, the murderer ran away, his wife died, and his uncle held his stomach and reported the case. After the aunt was cremated, the urn was placed in the sisters' home and was not buried, and a lonely soul was locked in the house for more than 20 years. After the net clearance operation began, the task of pursuing and escaping in this case fell on Xu Huadong's head. At that time, the Ministry of Public Security had a time limit, and the sentence of the offender could be reduced if he was arrested within the limited period. Just three days before the expiration, Xu Huadong discovered his sister's whereabouts and did her work. My sister said to my sister, I know you're hiding, you want to run, your sister gives you some money, and we'll see you at the coach station. In fact, the sister lied to the younger sister. At the long-distance bus station, when Xu Huadong appeared in front of his sister, his sister immediately said, Sister, you lied to me. My sister cried and said, today is the last day, after today, your crime is even greater, it is not your sister who lied to you, your sister wants to save you, you forgive your sister. Two people hugged their heads and cried. Speaking of this, Xu Huadong's tears came down again.

Li Di asked me, do you know what kind of person Xu Huadong is? Black, tower-like strong iron man. In one of the manhunts, the gangsters shot him in the mouth and knocked out his teeth. When the tooth change, the doctor said to him, you are really fatal, almost hung up! Now every rainy day, the old wounds still hurt. It is such a tough guy who has experienced life and death, but he has the softest side in his heart.

After listening to Xu Huadong's story, Li Di said, this is not enough, I have to meet this sister. Xu Huadong said, I have finished talking to you, why are you still going to see her? Li Di said, just trouble you to contact the contact, I still want to hear her talk.

At that time, my sister had been put in a detention center. Xu Huadong said that it is now six o'clock in the evening, the mountains are already dark, it will take three hours to drive to the detention center, and there will be no reception when they arrive, or will they go again tomorrow? Li Di said that it is to take advantage of this pot of heat to make it burn more vigorously. When I arrived at the detention center, it was already 10:30 p.m., and the lights in the detention center were about to go out. Knocking on the door, the director came out and asked, what's going on? Xu Huadong said that this is the writer Li Di, who wants to interview who is who. The director was a little excited and asked, is it Li writer who wrote about the Dandong Detention Center? Because many disciplines in the detention center have read the book "The Story of Dandong Detention Center". Through this relationship, the detention center made an exception to receive uninvited guests. By the time the interview really began, it was already eleven o'clock in the evening.

The woman who came to the front was no longer the little girl of that year, and the wind and frost of the years had walked on her face for 20 years. However, in Li Di's eyes, he was still sixteen or seventeen years old. Before she could sit down, she began to cry, crying and talking, saying that when she escaped, her sister casually put a straw hat on her, because her head was broken and still bleeding, and the straw hat could cover it. This straw hat was bought for her by her aunt and kept it, and every time she saw it, she would think of her aunt. The details of this straw hat, xu Huadong did not know, but became an important plot of Li Di's later writing.

After the sisters were caught, the uncle told the police, forget it, the child has returned home, the family is round, who let us be too close relatives, spare them, do not let both families fall into misfortune. Finally, the ashes of my aunt who had been in the house for more than 20 years were also buried. Li Di said that this is actually not a sister killer, but a mistaken injury between relatives, such a story is full of humanity.

There is a famous Japanese movie "Human Witness", which is the representative work of mystery novel writer Seiichi Morimura. There is a classic song in the movie, "Straw Hat Song". Xu Huadong said that he liked "Human Witness" very much and liked to listen to "Straw Hat Song". After collecting the sisters' stories and returning to Beijing, Li Di opened the computer and found the "Straw Hat Song" that he not only knew but also loved to sing. He began to listen to this poignant song, repeatedly, repeatedly, until he burst into tears, and then, typing the first line, which is also the title of this reportage—do you know where the straw hat is?

"Jade is priceless, love is priceless"

Seven under the Dandong Detention Center, six under the Wuxi police camp, Li Di is not a writer of the public security system, but in the field of public security, there are many achievements. Recently, he has become a special contract writer of the All-China Public Security Federation of Literature and Literature and a contracted writer of the Wuxi Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Fast forward to 1983, and it was a spring. Li Di went to the Beijing Public Security Bureau to experience life in seven places, and once he went, he went for half a year. Seven are located in the remote area south of the city, the place name is frightening, called the half-step bridge, dead or alive, only half a step away. This is the pre-trial office and the detention center, and those who are shot are pulled directly from here to the execution site. In the small courtyard shrouded in fear and mystery, in the low, dim and dim archives that emitted the musty smell of old paper, a death sentence file made Li Di's heart tighten. A woman's mournful voice came out of the volume, whimpering and telling him a love-hate story. Those who loved her took revenge on those who insulted her, and she would rather die than to spit out for those who loved her! In the end, Li Di used the style of detective novels to write "The Woman Knocking on the Door in the Evening". This is his earliest association with the theme of public security. More than 30 years have passed, and "The Woman Knocking on the Door in the Evening" has been republished in one edition and has become a representative work of contemporary Chinese speculative fiction. The former Soviet sinologist Semmanov and the French female translator Patricia came to China to translate the work, and they asked Li Di, did the heroine really commit suicide? Li Di only nodded. He didn't want them to know the truth because it was too cruel.

Since 2009, Li Di has spent more than two years to complete "The Story of Dandong Detention Center". Later, from the late autumn of 2014 to the present, Li Di has been in Wuxi Public Security six times and written a long-form reportage "Iron Army, Relatives - Wuxi Public Security Concerto", which has recently been published by the Mass Publishing House. During this period, he walked into the police camp, went to Yixing, went down to Jiangyin, interviewed 127 grass-roots police officers, and listened to their stories one-on-one. On average, 9 to 10 people are interviewed a day, sometimes until 11 o'clock in the evening. He said that the touching stories of these policemen are not something that can be made up behind closed doors, but really happen in front of the eyes, there is flesh and blood, there is a head and a tail, this is not over, that is starting again. Of course, not everyone can tell a story, what to do? He said that in the interview, we must pay attention to grasping the contrasting words of the interviewee to ask the root of the question, this sentence may be very casual, but it is possible to dig up a good story. Speaking of which, Li Di told me about the origin of his writing of the reportage "Jade Fragment". The work was published in the People's Daily on May 6 this year and became the opening chapter of the People's Daily supplement "Going Deep into Life and Taking Root in the People's People".

The protagonist of "Jade Fragment" is the Wuxi Public Security Bureau Community Police Friday South, Wuxi Top Ten Pacesetters who love the people. Li Di was going to interview his love story, but halfway through, On Friday Nan answered a phone call, and someone on the phone asked him about Jian Yu. Li Di listened, hey, if the police know guns and knives, these are not new, but he knows jade, this is interesting! After putting down the phone, On Friday Nan came up with a sentence, jade is valuable, love is priceless. After saying that, he was about to continue to talk about how he handled the community conflict, Li Di said, Wu nan, stop, how do you still understand jade? Tell me about jade first. Well, when he talked about jade, Friday Nan gushed endlessly, not only saying why he understood and loved jade, but also telling several stories about compensation for jade that he encountered in handling civil disputes. Later, these stories made Li Di's "Jade Fragments".

"Kan'er is good, but the heart is not good"

Grab a word and turn iron into gold. Li Di's new work", "Thirty Miles of that Dry Ditch and Ninety-Nine Obstacles", a reportage reflecting poverty alleviation in Gansu, also came from this way.

In 2012, Gansu Province launched the "double-linked" action of poverty alleviation - cadres contact poor households, and units contact poor villages. By 2014, the operation was beginning to bear fruit. In July 2014, Li Di went to Gansu with the "People's Literature" group to cover poverty alleviation activities and walked into GangouYi Town, Huining County. Huining County is known as Huishi County, is the red army first, second, fourth front army division of the old revolutionary area; also known as Xiucai County, the local people to their children study as a way out of poverty, a poor county, admitted to Tsinghua, Peking University there is no shortage of people, admitted to Harvard, Stanford and other world famous schools. Moreover, this is a pilot county for poverty alleviation by the provincial party secretary. There are so many flashes to write, it is really not a million words can accommodate. And poverty alleviation articles are easy to fall into empty words and phrases, digital talk, a grand narrative, it is finished, and no one loves to read it. How to interview? How to write? On the bumpy loess road to Huining, Li Di's head was big. He thought to himself, if you want to write, you have to write about the people at the bottom. Small incisions, big themes.

The idea was very good, but as soon as he came to Zhongjiacha Village in Gangou Yi Town, he was dumbfounded. Why? I can't understand the local dialect, I can't understand a word. You can only do something first. He put down his luggage and went into the peasants' houses, looking at the broken caves where they used to live, and then at the new houses they have now. The next day, Li Di also went down to the field with the farmers, pulled grass, and basked in the sun. When I came back at night, my hands were dirty, I picked up potatoes and ate them, and I nibbled on corn in my hand. He said that when you go to the countryside, don't treat yourself as a city person, and your fellow villagers will naturally be close to you.

However, the language problem could not be solved for a while and a half. Just when there was no way out, the young village secretary Chen Weizheng came. Chen Weizheng is a college student village official who has been a branch secretary in the village for seven years. In such a poor ravine, it is not easy for a college student to stay for seven years! Isn't this exactly the typical cadre that should be written? As soon as the spirit moved, Li Di said, Xiao Chen, you will be a translator for me. Usually, Li Di and the interviewee are one-on-one, and no third party can be present, including the interview with the female prisoners of the Dandong Detention Center, he requests special approval, and must talk one-on-one, so that the other party can have no scruples about what to say. However, this time, Li Di could only change his way and ask Xiao Chen to be a translator for the farmers. Without thinking, as soon as he translated, he brought out a sentence and was immediately caught by him.

At that time, it was Lao Dou, a farmer, who was chatting with Li Di. Speaking of getting rid of poverty and getting rich, Lao Dou suddenly came to a sentence, Kan'er is better, and his heart is not good! What the? Li Di was stunned, what do you say is not good? Xiao Chen's translator said that the ridges on the mountain are better, but the peasants' hearts are not good. In a word, it lit up Li Di's heart like a lamp. To write about poverty alleviation, we must write about the peasants' unbearable hearts. The dirt on the mountain is clear at a glance; the obstacle on the heart is not everyone can see. He grasped the words in his heart and repeatedly asked how it was not good? Why is it not good? Xiao Chen began to add-

It turned out that before Xiao Chen came, every household in the local area planted wheat, and the yield was low, but there were white noodle steamed buns to eat, so as not to starve. Later, in order to lift the peasants out of poverty, Xiao Chen mobilized the peasants to change to planting corn with film, the yield was high, and the money sold could buy white noodles, and there was still a surplus. But farmers are accustomed to growing wheat and are reluctant to grow corn, and this cannot be overcome. Xiao Chen said that it was this old Dou who had to plow the land to plant wheat, and Xiao Chen went to stop it, and as a result, the plough passed over him, and his legs were broken. In the end, Xiao Chen and Lao Dou borrowed an acre of land to plant corn, and they made an agreement that the harvest of corn would all be returned to Lao Dou, and if the planting was not good, they would lose Lao Dou's wheat yield. After the corn was planted, it sold for more than a thousand yuan that year, which was several times the income from planting wheat. As a result, the wind was blowing, and the family planted corn.

In 2012, after the "Double Alliance" operation began, Lao Wu, a cadre of the provincial party committee, came to Zhongjiacha Village, and Xiao Chen introduced Lao Dou to Lao Wu. Lao Wu has many years of rural work experience, and when he sees the peasants, he kisses and wants to shed tears when he sees the loess soil. After contact, he had a good idea of helping Lao Dou get rid of poverty. Old Wu calculated an economic account, the local mountains and ravines are deep, and it is a two-shade land, which is the most suitable for growing walnuts. But old Dou, skimming his lips, said, peach three plum four walnut nine, goose (I) can't wait. Old Wu smiled, nine years of hanging fruit? Hey, that's the old imperial calendar. Now the new varieties, two years of fruit, five years of abundant production. How can Lao Dou believe it? "The goose (I) don't believe" was his mantra. Farmers have been growing grain for a living for generations, and he is reluctant to change to walnuts. Lao Dou's heart could not pass, and Lao Wu learned from Xiao Chen and borrowed an acre of land from Lao Dou to plant walnuts. It is said that the fruit is old Dou's, and he can't lose the money for his corn production.

Li Di and Gansu farmer Lao Dou

Three years have passed, and when Li Di came to Visit Lao Dou's field, the walnuts had already borne fruit and Lao Dou had also been lifted out of poverty. Grasp the heart of the three people, grasp Lao Dou, Xiao Chen, Lao Wu these three people, from wheat to corn, from corn to walnuts, a masterpiece freshly baked.

Pulling back a little, during the interview, Li Di suddenly asked Xiao Chen, why is this place called Gangou Yi Town? Xiao Chen said that it has always been called that. Li Di was not satisfied, and gave Xiao Chen a task, asking him to find out the origin of the town's name. As a result, Xiao Chen called in the middle of the night, saying that he asked the old man and also turned over the county chronicle, it turned out that this town was called Gangou Yi Town in ancient times, and there was a post station here during the Ming Dynasty. From ancient times to the present, there has been a shortage of water here. After the Republic of China, the people themselves changed the town to Gangou Yi Town, in order to seek hardships and hardships, and to live a sweet life.

What I didn't say to my parents, I told Li Di

The article has been through the ages, and the gains and losses are known. To grasp a sentence, behind it is a huge effort. When Li Di wrote 300,000 words of "The Story of Dandong Detention Center", Gao Hongbo, vice chairman of the China Writers Association, once gave a poem: "Old Ginger enters the water and smells strong, and the prison sneaks to see Brother Di." A bald pen dipped in the heart' blood, the death row inmates to find the truth. In order to get the materials he wanted, Li Di spent three Spring Festivals in the detention center, and those detainees did not say anything to their parents, and told Li Di.

From the winter of 2009 to the summer of 2011, Li Di went to Dandong Detention Center seven times. People locked up in the detention center, life and death collide, love and hate are entangled, and the eternal theme of literature is vividly displayed here. Li Di saw that this was a deep well of life. He said the Dandong Detention Center was arguably the poorest detention center in the country at the time. The house leaked rain, it was cold, and it was ventilated on all sides. After half an hour of interviews there, every bone joint of the hand would be frozen and painful, because there was no heating and no small sun could be baked. The wires are aging, and roasting the little sun is afraid of causing a fire. The houses in the detention center were facing north and south, and there was sunlight in the south, and the police gave all the rooms in the south direction to the detainees, who were on duty on the cold north side. In such a difficult place, there will be stories.

The famous writer Li Di died of illness| interview before his death: I am the glue that sticks to the know

Li Di and the police of Dandong Detention Center

After coming to the Dandong Detention Center, according to Director Dai's wishes, he wanted to arrange for a hotel stay. Li Di said, don't go, just let me live in the house! The detention center is located in the deep mountains, there are still ten miles away from the hotel, morning pick-up and evening delivery, plus a boring sleep at noon, a day car pick-up and delivery to run four times. The police force in the institute is already limited and can no longer add to the trouble. Besides, in the hotel to eat and live well, people will say that you stand and talk without waist pain, the police do not want to see, detainees look at each other differently. Director Dai said, No, this place is too cold. Li Di asked rhetorically, you are not afraid of the cold, why am I afraid of the cold? So Li Di was admitted to the detention center, sharing a bathroom with the detainees, and mixing three meals a day in the police pile. Over time, he changed from a Li writer to an old Li and an old man.

Li Di went to the Dandong Detention Center seven times and spent the Spring Festival there three times. Twenty-five years to go, the fifth of the first year to return, but also brought Beijing candy, the stray cat and the old partner are left at home. Why? He said that every festive season, the Spring Festival in the detention center is lonely and cold. At this time, the detainees, as well as the police officers on duty, miss their loved ones even more, and will have a lot to say. Coming from home can move the interviewee and build a bridge of warmth. Detainees must talk to people, and they must write a note to the correction in advance and arrange it with approval. In the spring festival these days, the detainees all want to see Li Di, and they say to the discipline, I have never said anything to my parents in my life, and I want to talk to Teacher Li today, because he treats us as relatives. When the ten thousand families are reunited, in the middle of the night, facing the cold iron fence, how much does a detainee have to say!

Li Di said to me that the words at that time were the most sincere and touching.

When you have the material, it depends on how you cut it

  Self-created writing "gymnastics"

Whether it is a novel or a reportage, it must be written to make people love to read, which is Li Di's requirement for himself. How can people love to watch? Li Di said that with the writing material, it is like a good piece of material in hand, you have to spread it on the table, repeatedly observe, see what it is suitable for, is the cheongsam, is the pants, where to be inside, where to make noodles, and then cut into shape. The same is true of writing articles, cutting out useless, leaving essence, and putting it in the most appropriate position, which requires skill.

Li Di is a fast hand, but he is carefully selected for each word, even to punctuation. Once, when I talked to me about the modification of a punctuation in the article, he said, Xiao Jin, I use punctuation marks as Chinese characters! Li Di made up sentences, and the lines began to turn and close, seemingly random, but in fact, they were exquisite, paying special attention to the beginning and end. He said that once he could not catch people at the beginning, his previous achievements were abandoned. The same is true at the end, weaving baskets and baskets, focusing on the closing. Closing is very important, if you don't close it well, the contents of the basket will fall.

Almost 70 years old, Li Di often wonders, is his thinking rigid? Is it stale? Can you keep up with the current reading? In order to solve these possible problems, starting last year, he created a set of "gymnastics" for training writing: writing a hundred stories, each story with a thousand words, and the protagonist is one person - police officer Wang Happy. The story is required not to be repetitive, the beginning is new, and the ending is unexpected. The number of words is no more than a thousand whole, one more word is deleted, one less word is filled in. Again, people must be able to laugh when they see it.

This kind of training is also forced out. In recent years, Li Di ran to the Jiangsu and Zhejiang police, especially later settled in Wuxi, and collected a large amount of material. Sometimes, it's just a word, or a small thing big. But it is precisely this sentence or a small thing that is very warm. Li Di regarded them as treasures, saying that these were the leaves or veins on the leaves on the big trees. Well, he gave himself a training subject, collected all these words, and created a police officer Wang Happy. A hundred different stories, a hundred happy beginnings, a hundred suspenseful directions, a hundred unexpected endings, all focused on Wang Happy, witty, humorous, ancient hot sausage, no rules and precepts, not according to the rules, not according to the rules, all for happiness and peace.

In 2018, during the filming of the TV series "Officer Wang Happy", Li Di went to the crew to visit the class and communicate with the lead actor Hai Day

Today, "Happy Police Officer King" has been completed. The People's Public Security Daily published it once a week for more than a year, and Wang Happy became a "star figure.". People's Daily, Guangming Daily, People's Liberation Army Daily, Beijing Daily, Tianjin Daily and Woodpecker magazines were also selected and serialized. Recently, it will be published by Jiangsu Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing House. Gao Hongbo, vice chairman of the China Writers Association, also gave a poem: "Happy Hundred Pieces of Wang, Pearls and Jade." Literary flowers splash rain, skillfully mold new police officers. ”

Language rejuvenation

Language is a writer's most personalized label. Speaking of Li Di's language, among writers of his age, it is really unique. Why? We may wish to share the beginning of a passage of "Happy Police Officer King", the story is about collecting parking space fees.

"It is no wonder that what kind of life did the people live when they were first built?" Not to mention cars, whoever bought an electric bicycle is squeezed through the head to see. Whoever became a million-dollar household, the neighbor's tongue sticking out half a foot long, obedient, a big brick yay! Now it's good, not to mention buying a car, and letting the money burn to buy an airplane! On that day, a local tycoon got married, the bride came down from the Bentley, frightened, Ma Ya, I thought it was a robot, there were seven or eight circles of gold bracelets around the neck, each circle had more than twenty, all of them were the thickest and most barbaric kind, golden dangling, falling straight. After the wedding, I came out to see that Bentley's ass was missing a large piece, and I don't know whose car was scratched. The local tycoon howled angrily. ”

Look again at a passage in "Jade Crush":

"God knows that Friday Nan understands Yu and has done something with him." Just dissolved Mrs. Su's jade fragments, and then came another piece of jade fragments. What's going on? Migrant worker Dan Dan rode an electric car to work, just arrived at the gate, Liu Xia, known as a female man, suddenly turned in from the side of the electric car, a bang, two cars collided, the two women screamed, crackling! Fortunately, they were all young, like live fish, and no one fell. ”

Fresh, colloquial, grounded, with the Internet language, not at all young people. How can Li Di's language rejuvenate? The answer seems to be somewhat old-fashioned: all vivid language comes from the masses. Li Di said that the first is to listen more and find the most vivid voice in the daily life of the people. The second is to see more, especially to learn more online languages. Over the years, he has developed a hobby, especially love to read netizen comments, interest comes, and he can see the middle of the night in one breath. In recent years, the old man fell down and could not help it has become a social topic, and when a piece of news came out, there were thousands of discussions on the Internet. Li Di said that it doesn't matter what the level of netizens looks like, but the comment is called a vivid! He excerpted these vivid words and saved them for later.

At the Beijing Book Fair, Li Di was with readers

Just the night before my interview, Li Di was still sorting out the statements of netizens on the forum. What's going on? It turned out that more than half a month ago, he saw an incident on the Internet, a girl picked up a wallet, which contained various cards and ID cards, and a phone number, and the girl called the owner and said that I had found the wallet, which contained the card, and two fifty cents. As a result, the other party said no, there were four thousand dollars in the wallet. Just such a message, netizens sent more than a thousand comments, Li Di downloaded it, and sorted it out one by one. Based on the news and commentary, he said that soon there will be another very good short story with a good title, called "Thursday, the road has a piece of debris."

In 2016, on the occasion of the third anniversary of the reconstruction after the Earthquake in Lushan, Sichuan, China Art Newspaper and other units held a wind collection activity, and Li Di interviewed Yuan Chao, secretary of the Datong Village Party Committee and national labor model

The rich and vivid language on the Internet reflects this society and people's different attitudes towards the same thing, and the vividness of language is not something that writers can make up. How to connect with the current language in the nearly ancient years, Li Di said that this is a problem that he attaches great importance to. He once wrote an essay, "We Are Forever Young." He said that we are all old, but we are always young, always keep a happy and young heart.

Lee's writing is a unique cheat

Martial arts masters usually have the ability to win in one move. Li Di writes, and also has his own unique secret book - reading aloud, but also plays roles, has feelings, brings performances, and wants to be loud. For each work, he does not say that he can memorize it, but it is not a problem to tell it vividly from beginning to end. He said that when reading aloud, all words that are not smooth and twisted must be cut off, the language is not spoken, the book is not angry, like newspaper editorials, like student essays. In a word, "words" do not work! He read and changed, changed and read, and wrote down a work, often reciting it several times.

Anyone who has heard Li Di recite will be deeply impressed by his passionate energy. Once, he went to Beijing Television station to do a storytelling program, and after the end, everyone applauded, saying that this is a writer, where to invite someone who can tell it? Li Di stole the music, which was all the result of his usual recitation! The guest behind him said, Teacher Li, you have all spoken like this, how will I talk about it later?

In 2013, Li Di participated in the launching ceremony of the "Chinese Writers' Journey to Border Defense and Anti-Narcotics Pioneers" sponsored by the China Writers Association and the All-China Public Security Federation of Literature and Literature

After the network clearance operation, Li Di was invited to the Ministry of Public Security to participate in the symposium, and the minister sat opposite him, and as a result, he spoke particularly loudly, and the staff said privately, Teacher Li, why are you so loud? Li Di was happy and said, First of all, my voice is so loud, people are old and full of confidence. Second, I am talking about the pursuit and escape, the life-and-death struggle between the people's police and the prisoners, that is, to bring feelings. As soon as you are passionate and generous, the voice is naturally loud. There is another reason that Li Di did not say to his face, that is, the sequelae of his recitation.

Li Di said that turning on the computer, walking into the computer, from the first word to the completion of a work, the characters from scratch, standing in front of him alive, and talking to him like a real thing, this is the joy of writing.

In 2016, the seventh issue of the "Classical Art Masters Forum" invited Li Di as the keynote speaker

Epilogue

At the end of the interview, Li Di had not forgotten the shoemaker, he said go, I will show you. Engaged in literary creation, when talking about things, it is inevitable that things will increase, and I really have some doubts about whether the sunshine and dedicated shoe repairman in Li Di's mouth is really as he said. It's only a few minutes from the hotel to walk to the shoe repair stall. In the middle of the two red brick walls, the shoe repair stall is really not very conspicuous. But look closely at the shoemaker's "tool wall", all kinds of shiny little nails, small buttons, as well as shoelaces, shoes for mending shoes, are neatly hung, a little wired, not messy. When we went, the shoemaker was repairing a lady's bag. The woman said that one less button, looking for several places, are not worthy of the right, he actually has here! The shoemaker smiled, looked up and proudly said to us, I like to collect these little things, as long as you believe me, give me the shoes, I can find them for you! Hey, this shoe repairman, better than Li Di said!

Life is a well, find a well, have water to drink. Thanks for life!
