
This steaming bowl of cabbage shrimp soup is a memory of my childhood. I remember waking up every morning with my mom carefully prepared breakfast for us. Thinking that my son now has milk bread for breakfast and is sent to school by his lover every morning, I am indeed a little embarrassed. This bowl of cabbage shrimp rice soup is my favorite and dad's best dish. Paired with main dishes in the morning, it is simple and time-saving and delicious.
Prepare some flour, as much as you like

The first step is to fry the flour in oil. Dad used lard. I don't have it at home, so I use plain corn oil.
Add water after the sautéed flour is browned. I added hot water. There are pimples not afraid, stir slowly. Finally, if there are knots, just take the fence and fish it out.
Add more water. Don't be too thick. Because you also have to cook cabbage, you will consume some water.
After boiling water, add the cabbage and dried shrimp and start seasoning. I added pepper and salt, nothing else. Everybody feel free to do it.
Simmer for about 40 minutes. Look at the adjustment of the soft rottenness of the cabbage.

Loved it too. It was delicious, but still not as fragrant as Dad made.
A steaming bowl of cabbage shrimp soup, a shortbread, in the cold winter of the north, drink a bowl of warm all day. This was the most unforgettable memory of my youth, and those days with my parents and family were always so warm that I still feel happy.
