After several months of painstaking work, we finally built a 1600-square-meter party and mass service center that integrates political life and mass services. Through actively carrying out theme party day activities, we invite veteran representatives, typical buildings and courtyards to tell stories and pass on experience, infect the people around them with examples around them, and individual party members from 'shouting' to 'fighting to come', and the cohesion and appeal of party organizations have been greatly improved. Li Ying's excited words were tinged with pride.

"The second feeling is that the wisdom and support of the masses is the greatest strength for us to do a good job." We have extensively set up party and mass councils in the buildings and courtyards, selected capable party members and the masses as members of the councils, consulted with the masses more when things happened, and won more support from the masses. Li Ying said, "For example, before the transformation of the community, the chaotic wires, like a spider web covered on the head, the amount of engineering is large, the funds are lacking, and I am afraid that the masses will not buy it, and this old and difficult problem has been dragging on." "The third feeling is how close we are to the masses, how close the masses are to the party. Doing mass work is actually not complicated, that is, carrying forward the party's good traditions, entering the door of the masses, talking to the masses, making friends with the masses, treating the small things of the masses as major matters, and doing practical things wholeheartedly. Activities such as "one old, one young and one culture", "love lunch" and "four-and-a-half" school led by community party organizations have been widely welcomed and affirmed by the people in the jurisdiction, and more and more people have voluntarily submitted applications to join the party.
