The woman was crushed and dragged to death by her husband in the underground garage

Mr. Gan told the Beijing News reporter that at more than 6 o'clock in the morning of March 6, he saw his daughter Gan and son-in-law Zhang mou quarreling, "My daughter asked Zhang not to go to work that day, to do the good things promised yesterday, but Zhang insisted on going to work." Mr. Gan said that Zhang also told Gan's mother to look after Gan and not to let her go out, "He said that if he didn't look good, something big would happen." ”

Mr. Gan said that the day before the crime, he heard his daughter and son-in-law arguing fiercely over divorce, babysitting, credit reporting and bank flows. After that, the two reached an agreement and agreed to handle the above matters together the next day.

At about 7 o'clock on March 6, Gan went out to the underground garage, and Zhang also went out two or three minutes later. Gan's mother told the Beijing News reporter, "At 7:28, he called me and said, 'Mom, come down, she got under my car, I don't know, I crashed her under the car.' Mr. Gan immediately went to the garage to look for it and saw his daughter pressed under the front wheels of the car.

A surveillance video provided by Mr. Gan to a reporter from the Beijing News showed that at 7:26 on March 6, a man walked outside the garage to call the police. The surveillance recorded the man's voice: "It's my wife, yes, knocked down by me." Mr. Gan identified that the man was Zhang Mou.

Mr. Gan told the Beijing News reporter that the logo at the front of the car has been broken. After the car was removed, the police conducted a scene survey and found that the drag marks were 8.5 meters.

According to the notice of appraisal opinion issued by the Jiang'an Branch of the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau on March 23, the case was identified as a "case of Zhang Mou's negligence causing death". After hiring relevant personnel to identify the deceased's body, the deceased died due to mechanical asphyxiation caused by blunt external force on the neck, chest and abdomen, and the rupture of the liver and large omentum and blood loss. No ethanol components and strong components of rats were detected in the blood samples of the deceased.

Mr. Gan said that his daughter was about 160 centimeters tall, wearing a blue top and red pants that day, with bright colors, "He (Zhang Mou) said that my daughter drilled under the car by herself, and he did not see it." Because there was no surveillance in the garage, we asked for an accident trace identification, but the police never did it. Mr. Gan said that the police issued a situation statement to him, indicating that he believed that zhang's intentional killing evidence was insufficient.

Father of the deceased: The daughter sued for divorce before the incident

Mr. Gan said that since his daughter got married in December 2019, her daughter and son-in-law have often quarreled. In a civil complaint with Mr. Gan's handprint on it, Mr. Gan requested the court to grant divorce to both parties, and the filing time was 4 days before the case, that is, March 2, 2021.

The indictment reads that Gan and Zhang were introduced by friends and met in October 2018. On December 12, 2019, the two registered their marriage and gave birth to a daughter in November 2020. At the time of the incident, the two children were only 105 days old and are currently being raised by Mr. Gan.

The complaint mentioned that after marriage, in addition to going to work, Gan had to handle housework and take care of children, while Zhang never helped to share and often quarreled over trivial matters. In March 2020, Gan and Zhang stayed in Zhang's hometown of Jingzhou, during which they were subjected to domestic violence by Zhang. Mr. Gan also said, "When I was injured due to domestic violence, my daughter learned that she was pregnant.

The complaint also wrote that during Gan's pregnancy, Zhang had repeatedly used the excuse of overtime to cover up his late return. Zhang has a fixed job, but often borrows money from Gan to repay credit cards. Among the materials provided by Mr. Gan, there is also an IOU that Zhang borrowed from Gan's mother, borrowing 300,000 yuan, and promising to pay it off after two years, with Zhang's name and ID card number written on the payment, dated January 31, 2021.
