Liu Bing, born in 1984, joined the Communist Party of China in June 2016 and is currently the secretary of the party branch and director of the neighborhood committee of Laolong Community in Pingtian Town, Nanxiong City, Shaoguan, and has recently been awarded "Excellent Party Worker in Guangdong Province".

For more than a decade, she has taken root in the mountains of northern Guangdong, set up five black chicken farms, and led 1349 people out of poverty while getting rich, exploring a new way to get rid of poverty and become rich. As a secretary of a grass-roots party organization, she conscientiously fulfilled the main responsibility of grasping party building, and since the beginning of this year alone, she has focused on the improvement of the living environment and cared for vulnerable groups, and done more than 30 facts for the masses.

Develop industries to help alleviate poverty

Since marrying from Huanggang in Hubei Province to Pingtian Town in Nanxiong City in 2008, Liu Bing has dedicated his enthusiasm to the hot land of Pingtian. Through visits and research, she initially decided to start a business to breed pigs. In the early stage of entrepreneurship, she continued to overcome the limitations of breeding experience, funds and technology, and constantly improved her own breeding technology, and pig breeding gradually entered the right track.

In response to the national environmental protection call, in 2014, she transformed the breeding of ecological five black chickens, founded Nanxiong Farmer Sister Breeding Family Farm Co., Ltd., actively coordinated peers to carry out on-site exchanges, invited technical professionals to the breeding site guidance, changed from "layman" to "insider", and led the villagers to get rich together. Relying on the "company + cooperative + farmer + Internet" model, Liu Ping explored a new way to get rid of poverty and Runkang.

Liu Bing actively mobilized villagers to engage in breeding with her. The "Five Black Chickens" breeding industry continues to develop to high quality and high efficiency, and Liu Bing selflessly teaches the breeding technology she has accumulated to the villagers, and more than 300 people visit her farm every year. Under her leadership, 1,349 people from 394 households in 25 villages in Nanxiong City have been lifted out of poverty. She voluntarily advanced more than 60,000 yuan to provide free chicken seedlings and condolence money for 29 poor households, and personally contributed 24,900 yuan to fund 41 poor students, with love and sincerity, to help the healthy growth of community teenagers.

Liu Bing also used nanxiong national e-commerce into the rural comprehensive demonstration county platform, making full use of the Internet platform, broadening sales channels, helping other cooperatives to sell five black chickens and eggs, forming a new pattern of agricultural product marketing for Nanxiong's characteristic breeding industry, and creating a special agricultural product e-commerce brand.

We should pay close attention to party building and lead a good contingent

In 2017, Liu Bing, with his excellent work ability and kind and enthusiastic qualities, was elected as the secretary of the party branch of Laolong Community in Pingtian Town. Over the past four years, she has done a good job in building the "two committees" leading bodies themselves, strengthened the political study of the leading bodies, led the cadres of the "two committees" in the Laolong community to find the right direction, find the right methods, and find a good way, strengthened the construction of the service position for the people, promoted the community party and mass service positions from scratch, from having to excellent, and at the same time optimized the structure of the party member contingent, trained 15 reserve cadres of the village "two committees", and accumulated strength for rural revitalization.

At the beginning of last year, when the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic broke out, party organizations at all levels effectively protected the health and life safety of the people, and let the party flag fly high on the front line of epidemic prevention. Liu Bing also participated in the epidemic prevention and resistance war for the first time, actively mobilized party members, and formed a volunteer service team to invest in the frontline of epidemic prevention. Sometimes there are people who go out late at night to return to their hometowns, and she mobilizes party member volunteers to "take orders" to provide door-to-door service. Liu Bing also used social resources to mobilize people from all walks of life to donate epidemic prevention materials, and carried out activities such as the voluntary "knocking on the door" action of party members to contribute to the stabilization and control of the epidemic.

Since the beginning of this year, Liu Bing and Laolong Community Party members have volunteered to serve the vanguard, focusing on the "urgent, difficult, and anxious" problems reflected by the masses, focusing on the "six chaos" health rectification in the Weizhen road area, traffic safety guidance, caring for women and children with intellectual disabilities, coordinating and solving more than 30 people's livelihood problems such as the laying of water pipes for community residents, and accumulatively doing more than 30 facts for the masses.
