Yesterday, the reporter learned from the Key Office of Nan'an City that from January to September 2021, 255 key projects under construction at the same level in Nan'an City (including rolling management) completed an investment of 34.663 billion yuan, an increase of 10.13% year-on-year, completed 85.75% of the annual investment plan, and exceeded the progress of 10.75 percentage points; 225 projects started construction, with an operating rate of 88.24%.

From the perspective of investment completion, the overall completion of township (street) projects is better, of which: Class A Ximei, Class B Luodong, Class C Penghua Completion ranks first among all types of townships; in the municipal unit project, the Education Bureau, the Agriculture and Rural Bureau, the Water Conservancy Bureau, the Power Company and other 4 units exceed the city's average.

From the perspective of industry completion, urban construction projects, industrial base projects, modern agricultural projects, etc. have been completed well, exceeding the city's average; social undertaking projects, infrastructure projects, modern service industry projects, etc. need to catch up with full horsepower.

Among the completion of hierarchical management, there are 178 township (street) management projects with an annual planned investment of 29.396 billion yuan, and a total investment of 26.603 billion yuan from January to September, completing 90.50% of the annual plan, 4.75 percentage points higher than that of the city; 77 projects managed by municipal departments with an annual planned investment of 11.029 billion yuan, and a cumulative investment of 8.06 billion yuan from January to September, completing 73.08% of the annual plan.
