Complete Protein:

Semi-complete protein:
Although the types of essential amino acids are complete, but the amount of some more and less, may be our human body needs it instead of less content, can not provide too much, the utilization rate is low.
Incomplete protein:
The types of essential amino acids contained are incomplete and cannot promote the needs of human growth and development.
Source of intake:
Livestock, poultry, fish, milk is about 2 percent, eggs are about 13 percent, and dried beans are about 28 percent.
Walnuts, peanuts, lotus seeds, soybeans, cereals, etc., in fact, if a variety of foods are mixed and eaten, the value of various foods will be maximized, and the types of essential amino acids provided will be more comprehensive, so that it can be seen that the variety of foods that eat semi-complete protein is more, and the biological value achieved is better and higher.
