It is necessary to start quickly, come up with a hardware facility construction plan as soon as possible, simultaneously attract professional teams to do a good job in platform software development, and accelerate the construction progress of manpower and equipment to ensure that the Guang'an City Big Data Center is completed and put into use as soon as possible. It is necessary to use funds efficiently, carry out scientific demonstration, make comparative analysis, select construction units and development teams with high cost performance, ensure the quality of project construction and the effect of system development and application, and let limited funds play the greatest benefit.
