What was the first song you ever learned to play on a guitar? Green Sleeves
How long do you need to complete a cover?
This depends on the situation, at the beginning I will repeat this song, listen to it many times. Understand the concepts and gradually add your ideas through the guitar. In addition to some Brazilian music, I tried a lot of different genres and hoped to make new music.
You have been to Sydney before, do you have any different feelings or expectations this time?
I was very excited when I first came. This time I came to Sydney for the second time and felt even happier. Hopefully tomorrow at the Sydney Opera House can bring good performances.
What kind of performance will this performance bring to you? Can you tell us about the bands on this tour? We'll have piano, bass, cello and drum kits. Last time we had piano, saxophone and cello. So it's a little bit different, hopefully bringing in some new songs.
Can you describe Beosa Nova in three key words? Why these three words?
My first reaction was softness. There are three very important elements in music: harmony, melody and rhythm, and the bossa nova style is the perfect balance of the three elements of music and can appear on any occasion. If you want to relax, bossa nova is definitely the best option.
What is your favorite singer/band/genre?
Jazz, bossa nova, some classics, rock and hip hop.
Do you have any artists you would like to work with?
I welcome musicians and artists of all genres and genres to collaborate together, and my door will be open to all music. At this time I will sing Mama Mia's classic "Dancing Queen"

You became a professional Bossa Nova singer in 1989, and fast forward to this year, marking your 30th anniversary. When you look back, what do you think defines your career success?
At the beginning of my career I only sang Brazilian songs. Later I started traveling in various places, especially China, Singapore and other Asian countries, and now that I am here (Australia), I am very happy to be able to experience different music and bring it to the world.

In July, on your birthday, you released your latest album, Brasil. Can you give us a brief introduction to this album? Is there anything special about this album?
It's an ossa nova album, and the songs in it were very popular many years ago. This time I want to follow the style of well-known Brazilian jazz singers and bring you pure bossa nova songs.
Do you have any plans after that?
I will continue our music career, make music, release albums, perform. What do you do when you don't usually have a show schedule?
I really enjoy outdoor activities, going jogging, exercising.
