On the west side of Yingbin Avenue, there is a bridge flying east and west, spanning the Beijing-Guangzhou Line, which is the Xindu Bridge as we know it. Above the Xindu Bridge, the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway took off. Stand on the bridge and feel both speeds. Below, there is the slow speed of the green-skinned train; above, is the speed of the high-speed train.
On the bridge, different scenery, different speeds. From the green-skinned train to the high-speed train, this seems to contain a kind of moral, isn't that how China came? From slow development to rapid development, it is also a concrete and vivid true portrayal of Huadu in these decades!
Xindu Bridge
Just as the earliest name of Yingbin Avenue was "Xindu Avenue", it is a very appropriate reflection of the development of Xinhua's urbanization. After all, these places, until the mid-1990s, were purely rural. Later, with the continuous development of XinhuaCheng District to the north, XinhuaCheng District continued to expand and develop here, so this new road was originally named "Xindu Avenue", which is also a very image thing.
Specifically, I don't know that year, Xindu Avenue was renamed Yingbin Avenue. Today's Yingbin Avenue is the most beautiful and atmospheric main road in Huadu, which can be described as "tall" and wide. It is 12.6 kilometers long, the first phase is G106 to Huadu Xinhua, and the eastern extension line connects to Baiyun International Airport. From the west of Pingbu Avenue in the west to the Guangzhou Airport Expressway in the east.
The Xindu Bridge is located at the west end of Huadu Yingbin Avenue, the east end is connected to the new Baiyun International Airport, and the west end is connected to the ever-changing Huadu Automobile City, the total length of the bridge is 850 meters, the total investment is more than 90 million yuan, and there are 6 lanes in both directions. Xindu Bridge was officially opened to traffic on March 8, 2007, marking the yingbin avenue with a total length of more than 10 kilometers, which could not be penetrated from east to west due to the Beijing-Guangzhou railway, and finally became history.
Since then, the east and west sides of the northern part of Xinhua City have been unhindered, and it is much more convenient and fast to go to the Automobile City, Jewelry City, Hong Xiuquan's former residence, etc. After the opening of this bridge, the construction of the railway west in Huadu Xinhua District was also in full swing, as we see today on the west side of the railway.
Because Yingbin Avenue is the main traffic artery connecting The New Baiyun Airport in Huadu District, Huadu District and the downtown area of Guangzhou, and at the same time undertakes the traffic diversion function of the airport expressway, it is a veritable façade road of Huadu.
As early as 2004, the reconstruction project of Yingbin Avenue in Huadu District was located on Huadu Xindu Avenue (Tiangui Road - Baishou Road) and Yingbin Avenue (Baishou Road - 106 National Road), with a total length of 6488 meters, a road planning width of 100 meters, and a middle express lane designed as a two-way 8 lanes.
The project began on February 5, 2004, and the entire line was completed and opened to traffic on August 5 of the same year, becoming the fastest traffic artery for Huadu District to and from Guangzhou city via the new airport expressway, and it takes only 30 minutes to drive from Huadu District to downtown Guangzhou.
The comprehensive renovation project of Yingbin Avenue in Huadu District was rated as China's "Municipal Golden Cup Demonstration Project" in 2005 and won the highest award in the field of municipal engineering in China.
But Yingbin Avenue is not proud of this, does not stop the pace of change, and does not rest on its laurels. She always keeps pace with the times, keeps up with the pace of the times, interprets legends, and creates brilliance.
On December 28, 2017, Metro Line 9 was opened. Line 9 is open, which greatly facilitates the travel of Huadu citizens! The flower people laughed. A station of Metro Line 9 is located in Huadu Square, and Yingbin Avenue passes through Huadu Square.

Yingbin Avenue passes through the public welfare village, dividing the public welfare village into two economic cooperatives. To the south of Yingbin Avenue is the Tea Garden Economic Society, and to the north of Yingbin Avenue is the Public Welfare Economic Society. The predecessor of Yuanxuan Primary School, located on the south side of Yingbin Avenue, is a village primary school, the Public Welfare Primary School. The Public Welfare Primary School was not located here at the beginning, but in the Wenhua Building of the Fourth Team of the Public Welfare Village today.
Originally located in the Public Welfare Village Fourth Team Wenhua Building, the Public Welfare Village Primary School is a brick and tile bungalow, where I spent the first and second grades of primary school. After I was in the third grade, The Public Welfare Elementary School moved to today's Yuanxuan Elementary School. Of course, the area is not as large as today's Yuanxuan Elementary School, less than one-half of the area of Yuanxuan Elementary School.
The teaching building of the former Public Welfare Primary School has two buildings and beige facades, both of which have only two floors, and only 4 classrooms on each floor. At that time, the students enrolled in the public welfare primary school were almost all from the village. At each level, there are only two classes, and the number of students is not large.
The school is surrounded by red brick walls on all sides, and the gate is not facing Yingbin Avenue like today, but facing east, facing the public welfare village health station. To the south and west of the school, there is a lychee forest. Under the lychee forest, there is a soldier ball table, which is a rare source of happiness for our recess time and physical education class at that time, and the male and female students who play soldier ball like it.
Back then, today's Jinmanfu International Hotel, on both sides of Huacheng North Road near Yuanxuan Primary School, are the rice fields, vegetable fields, lychee forests, and crisscrossing streams of the public welfare village. In the 1980s, I spent six years of happy time at Philanthropy Elementary School.
Every time I go to school, along today's Chang'anli Road, out of the village, then to the intersection of Chang'anli Road and Yingbin Avenue, turn left, and then go east along the village road, about six or seven minutes, to today's public welfare village committee, turn right, and soon arrive at the school.
This section of the road is like a "worker" shape. Throughout elementary school, I walked to school. I will never be able to see the scenery of the village road, the streams, the rice fields, the lychee forest, etc., the memories of the old times are too unforgettable and can never be erased.
Change is always on the way. In 1999, the Public Welfare Primary School was rebuilt and expanded with the enthusiastic donation of Mr. Zhao Zhendong, an honorary citizen of Huadu District and chairman of The Yuanxuan College of Hong Kong, and renamed Yuanxuan Primary School in September 2001. Yuanxuan Primary School is a directly subordinate school, whether it is software or hardware, it is incomparable to the original rural primary school - public welfare primary school.
From the public welfare primary school to the Yuanxuan primary school, from the village primary school to the directly subordinate school, from the simple teaching building to the "tall" teaching building, witnessed the great changes in Huadu education. The emergence of Yingbin Avenue, almost at the same time as the renaming of the public welfare primary school to Yuanxuan Primary School, complements each other, echoes each other, and achieves each other, which is a good story.
It can be said that Yingbin Avenue has witnessed the higher and higher levels of Huadu education. In addition to Yuanxuan Primary School just next to Yingbin Avenue, Kwong Weiyu Memorial Middle School, Yuanxuan Kindergarten, Tangshu Primary School, Guangdong Second Normal College (Huadu Campus), Guangdong Administrative Vocational College and other kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and even universities are also located on the side of Yingbin Avenue, writing a new chapter for the education of Huadu.
Kwong Wai Yu Memorial Middle School is a completely key secondary school jointly invested by Hong Kong patriotic compatriot Ms. Guo Kuang Xiaoqing in the name of the Guo Desheng Foundation and the Huadu District Government.
Tangshu Primary School was formerly known as Tangshu Primary School in Chixiao Town, Huadu District. It was founded in 1932 by Mr. Xu Gantang, then director of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Education, and mr. Xu Ganshu, a famous doctor. In 2002, Mr. Xu Ganshu's third son, Mr. Xu Heng, a lifetime honorary member of the International Olympic Committee, reached a consensus with the Huadu District Government to choose the current site to be invested by the District Government of more than 20 million yuan, and Mr. Xu Heng donated 2 million yuan to rebuild.
On Yingbin Avenue, there are Yuanxuan Kindergarten, Yuanxuan Primary School, and yuanxuan Taoist temple on the west side of Yingbin Avenue, all of which are related to "Yuanxuan". Near the district government, there is also a Yuanxuan Middle School.
Ten years of trees, a hundred years of tree people, a hundred years of planning, education-oriented, deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. All of the above are related to donations to run schools.
The Yuanxuan Taoist Temple is one of the new eight scenic spots in Huadu District, the center of Taoist activities in Guangdong and a tourist attraction. It was originally funded by the Yuan Xuan College in Hong Kong and the first phase of the project was completed and opened in 1998.

A Yingbin Avenue, just from the intersection of Jianshe North Road and Yingbin Avenue, to the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Fenghuang North Road, this section of Yingbin Road, along the way there are urban villages (public welfare villages, Tianmei Village), high-end residential areas, hospitals (Chinese medicine hospitals), large shopping squares, Huadu Square, across the Tianmei River, etc., she has rich connotations, bustling reading, full of fireworks in the world.
She brings convenience to people who see a doctor, she brings convenience to people who live in the square, she brings convenience to people who go to the square leisurely, she brings convenience to people who shop, she brings convenience to people who take a leisurely walk by the Tianmei River...
For example, for the Chinese Medicine Hospital located on the side of Yingbin Avenue, many times, I can't help but think of the old Chinese Medicine Hospital located on Funing Road, and when I was young, I was frail and sick, and I went to the Chinese Medicine Hospital on Funing Road to see a doctor. Nowadays, the new Chinese medicine hospital is located at the doorstep, it is convenient to see a doctor, saving a lot of trouble, and I am very grateful for the changes brought about by this great era.

Yingbin Avenue runs through Huadu Square. Huadu Square is bordered by Tianmei River in the east, Gongyi Avenue in the west, Nanda Square South Road, and Ziwei Road in the north. The square was built in 1999 with government investment.

Today's former residence of Hong Xiuquan does not look remote, there are buses directly, and the road conditions are good. But even today, if you walk from Yuanxuan Primary School to Hong Xiuquan's former residence, it is a long way, and it is impossible to reach without an hour or two.
Before there was no Yingbin Avenue, from my public welfare primary school to Hong Xiuquan's former residence, it was impossible to walk directly like this. Because today's Area around Yingbin Avenue west of Jianshe North Road is farmland from nearby villages, the Xindu Bridge did not even appear in the shadow at that time, and we could not imagine that she would appear at that time, and would be born with Yingbin Avenue.
Although Hong Xiuquan's former residence is a long way from Yingbin Avenue, many people may say that it has something to do with Yingbin Avenue. But today, we are going to Hong Xiuquan's former residence, and the road we must take is definitely Yingbin Avenue. Turn right on Yingbin Avenue to the road at the south gate of the Yuanxuan Taoist Temple, and walk a short distance to enter the famous "Emperor Road" to Hong Xiuquan's former residence.
This road, long, in the Qing Dynasty, in the Republic of China, and even before the 90s of the last century, it was not developed, it was very deep, very quiet. From the time of Hong Xiuquan, this road has existed, and it is from here that Hong Xiuquan walks to Guangzhou, to Guangxi, and even to The Capital of Nanjing.
The first time I went to Hong Xiuquan's former residence in my life, when I was in the fourth grade of primary school, the teacher led the senior students to walk. I remember this walk and feel that it took a long time. In particular, I think that the "Emperor Road" was flanked by rice paddies and lychee forests, and the road was overgrown with weeds. According to the current judgment standard, this place is very idyllic, very poetic, and it is a very suitable place for outings.

Life is hurried, many walking on the road, for the road that is often taken, most of them are commonplace, unhappy, and strange.
However, I am delicate in my heart, and I often look at it while walking. Walking on the road, one grass and one tree, one flower and one tree, one scene and one thing, can cause me to cause ripples in my heart.

Tradition and modernity, coexisting together, do not feel contradictory, but feel more cute.
