Between Spaces in Beijing Screening丨- Virtual Reality (VR) Units and Curatorial Interpretations

The theme of the virtual reality unit of the 11th Beijing International Film Festival is "Between Spaces", which selects the world's most important virtual reality and mixed reality works in recent years, and explores the spatial presentation and interpretation brought by VR. The three units are named after a single Chinese character, back-to-the-same, and the Chinese characters are returned to shape, structure, and pictographic symbols.

Back-to-the-same-ask, containing 14 works, from closed loop to open, from contemplation to initiative, "small virtual" to "big reality" continue to emerge, expanding the world with horizons, and any door between multiple spaces is opening:

Back, a boxed form that builds a virtual boundary in reality. A new reality of screens for the experiencer to see, listen to, and feel. This section includes 360 video and virtual spaces, starting from literature, film, architecture, and viewing artistic textures through VR media.
