On the morning of September 23, Li Zhibin, chairman of the CPPCC County Committee, presided over the 24th Standing Committee Meeting of the Ninth Committee of taojiang County of the CPPCC, and county leaders Yang Kaibo, Li Feng, Chen Qicai, Huang Ping, Walnut, Hu Ximing, Jiang Shengfeng, Wen Zhijun, Li Zhuoyuan, Dong Jia, Xia Wanhua, and all the standing members of the Ninth CPPCC County Committee attended the meeting.
The meeting reported on the handling of proposals by the county party committee office and the county government office, and listened to the county government work report (draft), the county court work report (draft), and the county procuratorate work report (draft) for soliciting comments. The 13 members of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC County Committee put forward their own suggestions and opinions on the handling of the motions of the two offices, and Li Feng, member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee, deputy secretary of the party leading group of the county people's government, and executive deputy county governor, responded to the suggestions and opinions put forward one by one.
The meeting held that the proposals handled by the county party committee and office have a high understanding, a strong sense of responsibility, coordination in place, and remarkable results in handling and implementation; the proposal mechanism handled by the government office is perfect, the whole process is followed up, the responsibility is compacted, and the implementation is in place.
Li Zhibin fully affirmed the work report (draft) of the "one government, two procuratorates." He pointed out that the promotion of the "spirit of rushing" and the "integrated development strategy of bamboo tourism and kang" led by Zhou Denggao, deputy secretary of the county party committee and acting county governor in the "Government Work Report" (draft), is in line with the reality of Taojiang's development in the next five years, and has the pioneering spirit of daring to be the first. He called on all MEMBERS of the CPPCC Standing Committee to give their full support, profoundly understand, repeatedly study, and constantly practice, so that the "spirit of rushing forward" and the "strategy for the integration of bamboo tourism and kang integration" can be integrated into the road of reform and development in the new period of Taojiang, into the practice of the CPPCC in participating in and discussing state affairs, democratic supervision, and political consultation, and to advance into the new era and the new journey with full enthusiasm for work.
The meeting studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1st" important speech; the meeting deliberated and approved the agenda (draft) and agenda of the first meeting of the Tenth Committee of Taojiang County of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; deliberated and adopted the participating units, the number of members and recommended candidates, the composition and recommended candidates of the Standing Committee and the setting of sectors; deliberated and approved the arrangements for the grouping of members of the Tenth Committee of Taojiang County of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the arrangement of the heads of the main and deputy leaders and the appointment and dismissal of relevant personnel.
The meeting, by secret ballot, agreed to appoint Comrade Zuo Jiao as the director of the office of the CPPCC County Committee, Comrade Zou Wusheng as the director of the Committee for Study and Liaison, and Comrade Hu Jun as the director of the Social, Legal, and Ethnic and Religious Committees; Comrade Yang Long was dismissed from his post as chairman of the Study liaison committee and Comrade Hu Guohui was dismissed from his post as director of the Social, Legal, and Ethnic and Religious Committee.
The meeting also consulted the work report of the Standing Committee of the Ninth Committee of Taojiang County of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (draft) and the draft work report of the Standing Committee of the Ninth Committee of taojiang County of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for solicitation of comments.
