In order to continuously promote the artistic construction of the ACFTU Cultural and Labor Troupe and continuously improve the level of performing arts, the 4-day business assessment work of the ACFTU Cultural and Labor Troupe was successfully concluded. During this period, nearly 100 cast members of various professions of the ALL-China Federation of Arts and Crafts Corps actively prepared for the battle, sacrificed their "killer skills", constantly "amplified moves", and showed their strengths in the assessment with their respective skills!

The jury team in the five categories not only comprehensively covers Chen Sisi, Zhang Congxiao, Shang Daqing, Meng Xiande, Liu Yingchun, Zheng Yong, Li Shu, Yang Zhuqing, Li Jinshui, Bayar and other top experts in the art creation, performance, management, technical support and other types of work of the ACFTU Cultural and Labor Troupe, but also invites many top artists with chinese and foreign reputations to join the team. They are: Huang Xiaojuan, a famous performing artist, a national first-class actor, and former head of the Forward Cultural and Labor Troupe of the Shenyang Military Region; Hong Tao, a famous performing artist and a national first-class actor; Liu Wei, former deputy director of the Directing Department of the Central Academy of Drama and doctoral supervisor; Wang Liangbo, deputy director of the Directing Department of the Central Academy of Drama, researcher of the Musical Theater Education and Research Center of the Central Academy of Drama, and member of the Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Musical Theater Research Association; Ding Yi, professor of the Vocal and Song Department of the China Conservatory of Music and doctoral supervisor; and music director and composer of the Central Radio and Television General Station 2. The behind-the-scenes major consists of thesis elaboration, the judges' questions, the defense and other links, and the judges score on the spot according to the comprehensive performance. The professional and technical personnel who participated in the assessment fully demonstrated themselves with a full mental state and rigorous artistic attitude, and successfully completed the assessment with their initiative and mutual cooperation, reflecting their respective artistic strengths and solid basic skills. After fierce competition, dozens of cast members stood out with excellent performances.
Sun Wenbin, secretary of the party committee and regiment of the ALL-China Federation of Cultural and Labor Leagues, Wang Xiaojing, secretary of the full-time party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Liu Zhaoyu, member of the party committee and director of the office of the party committee, participated in the whole process of supervision and trial, escorting and cheering up the cast members.
