In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the masses and promote the popularization of art for the whole people, the Shinan District Cultural Center and the branches of various streets jointly launched the 2021 spring public welfare training class.
Public welfare art training is a government public cultural service project for the benefit of the people, and is exempt from any training fees. The learning equipment involved in this training is requested to be prepared by the general public (except for the guqin).

Nature of the training
Public welfare training is limited to one course per person (duplicate registration is invalid) cannot be transferred after registration

The registration method for this public welfare training course is "online registration".
1. Registration Period:
21:00 p.m. on March 26, 2021 to 20:00 p.m. on March 28, 2021 (places are limited, until fully booked)
2. Registration Steps:
