After investigation, Chen Jianghua violated honesty and discipline and accepted gifts and gifts that may affect the fair performance of official duties; violated work discipline, causing serious mistakes and adverse impacts on work; violated life discipline and had improper sexual relations with a number of women. Taking advantage of one's position to accept money or property from others in huge amounts is suspected of accepting bribes; incorrectly performing one's duties, causing major losses to state-owned assets, and suspected of abusing one's power and dereliction of duty.
