In order to promote the standardization, standardization and physicalization of veteran service centers (stations), the Veterans Affairs Bureau of Banan District of Chongqing Municipality has adopted weekly scheduling and tracking, monthly summary tips, and quarterly briefing interviews to promote the construction of a service guarantee system for veterans and achieve practical results.

"We dispatch the implementation of the service center (station) office space, the construction of the home of the veterans, the construction of the political and cultural environment, the arrival of personnel, the availability of funds, the establishment of institutional mechanisms, and the operation of the work every week, and grasp the progress of the work in real time." According to the relevant person in charge of the Banan District Veterans Affairs Bureau, by taking weekly scheduling and tracking, it is possible to effectively grasp the progress of the construction of veteran service centers (stations) at all levels, and at the end of the month, by issuing work tips, supervise the towns (streets) with slow progress to increase their work efforts and make up for the "short board" in a timely manner. At the end of each quarter, according to the completion of the construction of the service guarantee system in each town (street), the work development is reported in the whole district system, and the speed is compared, and the towns (streets) with slow progress are interviewed, which plays a positive role in promoting the construction of the service guarantee system.
Up to now, Banan District has built 1 district-level veterans service center, 23 town (street) level veteran service stations, and 312 village (community) level veteran service stations.
