A Virginia woman tracked and harassed Apple CEO Tim Cook for more than a year, not only emailing Him multiple photos of loaded pistols, but also trespassing on Cook's home. Apple's request to the court to issue an injunction to the woman has been granted.
In its application for injunction, Apple accused the 45-year-old woman of "behaving strangely and threateningly," along with copies of photos, emails and tweets sent by the woman. Apple said it believed the woman "may be in possession of a firearm, still in the South Bay area, and intends to return to Cook's residence again in the near future, or find him in other ways."
The court issued an injunction prohibiting the woman from carrying a firearm, approaching any Apple employee, including Cook, entering any Apple property, or going to Cook's residence in Baroatu.
Apple applied to the court on Jan. 20 for an injunction, saying the woman, who may be in possession of a firearm, is still in South Bay. The court approved the application on the 21st, and South Bay Santa Clara County announced the injunction on the 24th.

According to the Mercury News, Cook learned in late 2020 that he had become the object of the woman's obsession by receiving a tweet of concern. The woman, who used Cook's last name, claimed she was the wife of Apple's CEO and that Cook was the father of her twin children.
The woman, who tweeted more than a dozen tweets about her alleged relationship with Cook during Halloween 2020 and sent about 200 emails to Cook between late October and mid-November, became increasingly unstable, threatening and highly disturbing. She even expressed her desire to have sex with Cook in an email, saying that her patience was running out.
In addition, the woman registered multiple false companies in California, Virginia and New York with "highly offensive" names, and called Cook a top executive, executive or representative of those companies.
Last September, the woman sent an email to Cook hoping to become a roommate at Cook's Apartments in Baroatu. Apple said the woman, who drove a Porsche Macan multi-purpose RV from Virginia to Baroatu, appeared in front of Cook's house on Oct. 22, told the guards she wanted to talk to Cook, and the guards asked her to leave. The woman left and returned to the apartment, sitting in the car and waiting for Cook to appear.
The Baroatu police reportedly went to investigate and the woman was stopped trying to escape. She told police at the time that she would stay in Baroatu and would "become violent". Since the woman's driver's license had expired, the police towed away her Porsche car, but no weapons were found in the car.
The woman continued to message Cook afterwards. A week before Christmas, she asked Cook for hundreds of millions of dollars; on New Year's Day, she attacked Him with violent words on her new Twitter account; and a few days later she sent an email ordering Him to move.
The incident will be investigated by a hearing on March 29.
