According to transcripts released On Thursday (Jan. 20), Howard Zemsky, the former head of the Imperial State Department of Development, confirmed to investigators at the New York State Attorney General's Office that former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo had told his assistant Lindsay Boylan that he would play strip poker with her.
According to abc7NY, the following is Zemsky's testimony:
Q: Mr. Zemsky, have you ever heard the former governor of New York say that he was going to play strip poker with Ms. Boylan?
Zemsky: Yes.
Q: What did the former governor say?
Zemsky: Hey, want to play strip poker? ”
Q: Who are you talking about?
Zemsky: I think it's Ms. Boylan.
