Accelerate industrial transformation and create an important fulcrum of the central urban agglomeration

Focus on the implementation of the three major industrial transformation strategies of industrial empowerment and innovation, priority development of digital economy, and expansion and quality improvement of the service industry, and strive to create a transformation path with Yangquan characteristics.

In terms of traditional industries, we will empower traditional industries with intelligence, greening, high-end and branding, and accelerate the intensive development of traditional industries such as coal, equipment manufacturing, refractory materials, and ceramics. In terms of emerging industries, we will focus on the two articles of "New Material Industry Extension Chain Strong Chain" and "Priority Development of Digital Economy". The new material industry focuses on building five major new material industrial chains, such as the new energy battery industry chain, the new non-ferrous metal industry chain, the new carbon-based industrial chain, the green building materials industry chain, and the new semiconductor new material industry chain, and builds a multi-chain complementary green and low-carbon new material industry system.

In the field of digital economy, we should make good use of policy empowerment such as "1 3 N" integrated big data center system city-level hub nodes to accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure. At the same time, we will speed up the layout on the track of "unmanned driving" and build a smart car city with the vehicle-road coordination demonstration zone as the traction. In addition, as a provincial-level new smart city pilot, it is necessary to carry out applications in many fields and concentrate on creating an influential digital economy industry agglomeration area in the province and the country.

Regarding the service industry, it is necessary to focus on the "four major areas" of platform economy, modern logistics, cultural tourism, and health care industry, concentrate on building five major productive service industry agglomeration areas, build five major public service benchmarking projects, and implement ten key projects to promote consumption upgrading on a rolling basis every year to promote the quality and upgrading of the service industry.

Reshape the pattern of opening up and create an important node for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

With the opening up of the living city as the key, we will implement the strategy of reshaping the pattern of opening up and create a "six major nodes" integrated into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The first is to actively plan the third passage of Shitai, strive for the "Taiyuan-Xiong'an" high-speed transit of Yangquan, and create an important transportation node connecting Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The second is to seize the major opportunity of the Beijing-Tibet Corridor through Yangquan to create an important logistics node for the beijing-Tianjin-Hebei radiation to the central and western regions. The third is to establish a cross-provincial industrial coordinated development cooperation zone, undertake industrial transfer, strengthen the docking and coordination of the industrial chain supply chain such as digital economy, new materials, and new energy between provinces, and create a production supporting node serving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry. The fourth is to give full play to the selenium-rich advantages of Yangquan soil, develop characteristic boutique agriculture, and create a supply node to ensure the green and high-quality agricultural products in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Fifth, relying on innovation platforms such as Zhichuang City No. 7, we will create an important node for science and technology and talent exchange services. The sixth is to rely on the advantages of Yangquan climate, location, diet and cultural tourism to develop the industrial chain of "medicine and medical health tourism" and create a high-quality cultural tourism and health care industry.
