Look at the appearance

Taste it
When eating yak beef, you will find that yak beef is actually very chewy and will not plug teeth when eating, because the fiber of yak beef itself is relatively long, which leads to the meat quality of yak beef is actually very compact. It is precisely because the yak beef is relatively firm after drying, and the fishy taste will not be very heavy when eating.
