Jin Li said that the lack of top-level design and architecture for the development of the digital economy has brought many problems. Jin Li suggested that the state should list the research of the digital economy as the key topic of the country's social science research, and the digital economy as the key discipline of key economic colleges and universities, conduct in-depth research on the digital economy, better collect, synthesize and summarize some practical experiences and lessons in the era of digital economy, and more systematic, forward-looking and strategic research and planning.
