(Jiang Bo) On the afternoon of October 13, Luoyang No. 55 Middle School held an appointment ceremony for the "Vice Principal for the Rule of Law", and Li Guanghui, Secretary of the Party Group and Chief Procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Xigong District, would be appointed as the "Vice Principal for the Rule of Law" by the school. Present at the ceremony were Li Guanghui, secretary of the party leading group and chief procurator of the Xigong District People's Procuratorate; Xu Long, principal of Luoyang No. 55 Middle School; Shi Chaohui, member of the party leading group and deputy procurator general of the Xigong District People's Procuratorate; leaders of Luoyang No. 55 Middle School; and some cadres and policemen of the Xigong District People's Procuratorate.
At the ceremony, Xu Long, principal of Luoyang No. 55 Middle School, presented the certificate of "Vice Principal for Rule of Law" to Li Guanghui, Secretary of the Party Group and Chief Procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Xigong District.
On behalf of the Xigong District People's Procuratorate, Procurator General Li Guanghui presented the "Luo Xiaowei" Rule of Law Education Escort Growth Manual to the school.
Procurator General Li Guanghui said that the chief procurator's appointment as the "vice president for the rule of law" is an important measure for procuratorial organs to promote juvenile procuratorial work and strengthen education on the rule of law for minors, and is an important measure to deepen the implementation of the "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Standardizing the Work of Procuratorial Organs in Appointing "Vice Presidents for the Rule of Law" issued by the Henan Provincial People's Procuratorate and the Henan Provincial Department of Education. In the next step, our institute will give full play to the function of the "vice president of the rule of law", combine the professional advantages of the procuratorial organs, bring richer and more in-line rule of law classes to minors, cultivate young people to respect the law, study the law, abide by the law, and use the law, and guide young people to become new people of the times who bear the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
