This workshop is the first time that the China Drama Association has held a drama talent training class during the China Drama Festival, relying on excellent repertoire exhibitions, academic seminars and other activities, using a combination of centralized teaching, observation and observation, and exchange and interaction, which is not only an important exploration of the Chinese Drama Association's innovative training form, increasing the proportion of experiential, interactive and case-based teaching, and effectively improving the effectiveness of training, but also an important exploration of the association to change its concepts, extend its arms, further focus on grass-roots theater talents, and shift the scope of education and training to new literary and artistic groups. The workshop brought together 91 middle-aged and young front-line drama backbone talents from 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the People's Liberation Army, the Industrial Association and 6 central academy troupes, covering various types of opera, drama, children's drama, musical theater and other artistic disciplines, as well as professional fields such as screenwriting, directing, acting, stage design, music design, and drama theory review.
The curriculum of this workshop fully considers the structure of the trainees, and pays attention to the organic combination of political theory training and professional training, and character cultivation. Well-known experts are invited to teach theatrical theory courses in combination with their rich research and creative practice. This study fully relied on academic seminar activities to nourish the trainees with thematic theories, strengthen ideological and moral guidance, and improve the students' creative level and comprehensive literacy.
