In order to further strengthen the ideological construction of young cadres, strengthen communication and exchanges with young cadres, listen to and absorb the opinions and suggestions of young cadres, and promote the healthy growth of young cadres, on the afternoon of October 8, Chen Chun, member of the Standing Committee of the Junlian County CPC Committee, director of the Organization Department, and secretary of the Party Committee of Mu'ai Town, presided over the first session of the mu'ai town young cadres forum.
At the forum, the young cadres attending the meeting based on the reality of their posts, told their work experiences, talked freely about their youthful dreams, summed up their work deficiencies, and learned work methods from each other in the process of exchanging speeches to improve their ideological understanding.
Finally, Chen Chun fully affirmed the courageous work attitude of the young cadres in the town and the ability to work as officers, and pointed out that the forum mechanism for young cadres should be normalized, and all township, town, and county-level departments should regularly hold forums for young cadres so that young cadres can exchange and learn from each other and grow together. At the same time, according to the speeches of young cadres, the shortcomings were pointed out and several hopes were raised. First, we must accurately position, profoundly understand the connotation and significance of faith, think clearly, understand, and persist for a lifetime, in order to go smoothly, far, and steadily; second, we must bear in mind the overall situation, base ourselves on our posts, keep our own duties, grasp the great significance in the ordinary, and show an open mind; third, we must seize the opportunity, clearly understand the responsibilities we shoulder and the policy opportunities we have, cherish the new era of struggle, a good platform for work, and reserve sufficient ability and skills; fourth, we must work hard, take the initiative to put pressure on ourselves, and do everything well in a down-to-earth manner. Fifth, we must study with an open mind, enhance the ability of the masses to work, have less "bookish atmosphere" and more "earthy flavor," and mingle with the masses.
