On September 7, in order to promote the implementation of the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Shandong Province and the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises", Liu Yuan, director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Shandong Province, led a team to the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises to hold a work discussion with Cheng Jin, executive vice president and secretary general of the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises, and to conduct work research and consultation on the recent important activities related to Taiwan in Shandong.
Liu Yuan expressed his heartfelt thanks to the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises for its support and assistance to Shandong's work over the years. With the strong support of the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises, Shandong made positive progress in its economic work toward Taiwan in the first half of the year, and achieved remarkable results in many major Taiwan-related economic and trade activities, such as the Association for Deepening Cooperation between Shandong, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and the Meeting for Deepening cooperation between Lu and Taiwan. In the second half of the year, Shandong will continue to hold the 27th Lutai Economic and Trade Fair, accelerate the construction of the cross-strait new and old kinetic energy conversion industrial cooperation zone, and create a new platform for economic and trade cooperation with Taiwan.
Cheng Jinzhong said that Shandong, as a major province in its work on Taiwan, has long had close contacts with the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises.
