"Go together— go!" "One, two, three, four!" The sons and daughters of China do not love red clothes and love arms. With loud slogans and neat steps, recently, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, scheduled pre-military education for women in the second half of 2021 was launched at a base.
In the second half of the year, the recruitment of female soldiers passed the preliminary examination, physical examination, political assessment, comprehensive quality assessment and physical review, and a total of 21 young women who applied for recruitment met the physical and political conditions for recruitment, and the proportion of college students recruited reached 100%. In order to further consolidate the ideological foundation for their military service in accordance with the law, improve the quality of conscription, and adapt to military camp life in advance, the Yulin City Military Recruitment Office has hired outstanding retired female college students as squad leaders, strictly followed the one-day living system of the troops, adopted a militarized management and closed approach, and actively grasped the pre-service education for women scheduled.
It has been learned that the pre-service education strictly follows the idea of "early clarification of the number of new recruits, early investigation of hidden dangers in retired soldiers, early detection of problems of honesty, and early improvement of adaptability." Closely follows the characteristics and reality of predetermined female soldiers, highlights the idea of group training with education as the mainstay and training as a supplement, and studies around many contents such as national defense policies and regulations, platoon actions, and physical training; through activities such as solemn enlistment oaths, watching the documentary "Recruits Are Invited to Be Listed," the appearance of outstanding retired college students and soldiers, and the cultural edification of military barracks. At the same time, in connection with education on military service according to law, the investigation of the responsibility of honest conscription, and the re-examination of physical examinations, we should strictly control the quality of the pass and ensure the transportation of outstanding young women to the troops.
