The Shanxi Provincial WangShu and Cultural Research Association was established

Shanxi News Network, November 28 (Reporter Wang Xiaoyan) Under the joint initiative of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gaoping Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, today, the Shanxi Provincial WangShu and Cultural Research Association was established. This is of great significance for realizing the organization and sustainability of Uncle Wang's cultural research, promoting the inheritance of the essence of traditional Chinese medicine in the province, keeping the integrity and innovation, and breaking out of new roads.

Wang Shuhe is a native of Gaoping, Shanxi, a famous Chinese medicine scholar of the Jin Dynasty, who made outstanding contributions to the development of Chinese medicine theory and the establishment of advantageous technologies, which have gone down in history. The academic community recognizes Uncle Wang and his landmark medical contributions in two main aspects, the first is to excavate and sort out the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever", and it is thanks to Wang Shuhe's extensive collection and careful collation that the medical masterpiece "On Typhoid Fever" has been passed down and guided the development of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly two thousand years. Another great contribution of Wang Shuhe is in the study of pulse science, he systematically summarized and sorted out 24 kinds of pulses, and compiled a far-reaching monograph on pulse science - "Pulse Classic", which has become a collection of ancient and modern recognized pulse diagnosis.

Liu Xing, president of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said that the establishment of Uncle Wang and the Cultural Research Association has injected new "vitality" into the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine heritage, and also built a "golden" bridge between the government and schools, enterprises and members. He hoped that the establishment of the research association would take the opportunity to unite the strengths of all parties, absorb the strengths of each family, dig deep into the connotation of Uncle Wang and the essence of culture, jointly write the paper on the land of China, open the classroom on the thick soil of the Three Jins, take scientific research into the vivid practice of building a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine, take the pulse of medical services on the urgent needs of the people of the Three Jins, and contribute to the construction of a healthy China and a healthy Shanxi.

Jincheng is the hometown of The Shennong Yan Emperor, the birthplace of Shennong Materia Medica, and the hometown of Wang Shuhe, the "ancestor of the vein". Liang Liping, vice mayor of Jincheng City, hopes that the provincial and municipal WangShu and Cultural Research Associations will strengthen contacts and communication, jointly seek a grand plan for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and let the ancestral Uncle Wang and culture be carried forward and passed on forever in the "hometown of The Shennongyan Emperor".

On the same day, the first member congress of Shanxi Wang Shu and Cultural Research Association was held at the same time, and Feng Hai, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was elected as the first president. He introduced that the research association belongs to the academic community, service community, innovative society, think tank society and open society, and the service direction mainly includes three aspects: academic research and theoretical innovation of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and the development of the province's traditional Chinese medicine industry and the development of the big health industry.
