Combined with his own scientific research experience, Hu Guodong shared many valuable experiences and experiences, and encouraged medical staff to cherish time, live up to Shaohua, and make good use of the hospital's platform to create their own scientific research results as soon as possible.
At the beginning of the lecture, Hu Guodong frankly said that the medical technology level of Ganzhou People's Hospital has no doubt, but scientific research is still lagging behind, and it needs to be improved with greater efforts. Subsequently, he introduced his own scientific research path, using the gene knockout mouse construction technology mastered during his study abroad, relying on the corresponding laboratories of Southern Medical University and Southern Hospital, to build a scientific research platform for respiratory system gene knockout mice, and on this basis, he carried out in-depth research on lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, acute lung injury and other diseases, and achieved a series of important results. Hu Guodong is one of the first medical team members to go to Hubei to fight the epidemic, and after returning from the epidemic, he actively participated in the basic and clinical research of the prevention and treatment of the new crown virus, has completed the construction of the new crown fake virus, clarified the mechanism of the invasion and spread of the new crown virus on the lung tissue, and published a number of new crown related research articles.
It is understood that since the launch of the national regional medical center jointly built by the Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University and the Ganzhou People's Hospital, Cai Shaoxi, director of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University, and Professor Hu Guodong have helped the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Ganzhou People's Hospital. Director Cai Shaoxi actively guided the construction of department disciplines and the large rounds of difficult medical records. Professor Hu Guodong is an expert stationed in Ganzhou People's Hospital, as the executive director of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Hu Guodong actively carried out work after entering the department, and in just one week, 16 cases of difficult and critically ill patients have been rounded, 3 cases of complex tracheoscopy operations, and 1 case of rescue of patients with large hemoptysis. In addition to clinical assistance, we also focus on improving the scientific research level of the department.
