On October 26, the summary and commendation meeting of the province's trade unions to relieve difficulties and get rid of difficulties and the promotion meeting of inclusive service work was held in Nanjing. At the press conference, it was learned that in 2020, social professional institutions carried out a third-party assessment of the work of relieving difficult workers from difficulties, and the assessment results showed that the goal of the trade unions in our province to relieve difficulties and get rid of difficulties was successfully achieved as scheduled. After five years of unremitting efforts and active struggle, all 73,000 difficult worker families in lika have been lifted out of difficulties as scheduled, of which 51,000 households have been lifted out of difficulties, involving 129,000 family members. In the past five years, the trade unions in the province have raised a total of 570 million yuan of funds and materials to help 1.182 million workers in difficulty; trade unions at all levels in the province have promoted 92,000 times of government assistance policies for workers in difficulty, and reduced the costs of living, education, medical care, housing and other expenses by 254 million yuan; through employment and entrepreneurship, helped 21,000 families of workers in difficulty to get out of difficulty, helped the children of 9,174 workers in difficulty to successfully complete their studies and achieve poverty after employment, and the development potential of the families of workers in difficulty has been fully utilized and their ability has been continuously enhanced There are 12,000 support centers and sites in the province to provide diversified and personalized assistance services for the families of workers in need. A household survey conducted by a third-party agency on 6,120 families of workers in difficulty showed that the average annual income of families of workers who had been rescued from difficulties reached 47,864 yuan, the living standard was significantly improved, and the satisfaction rate of workers in difficulty reached 94%.
"The province's trade union inclusive service work should firmly take a step forward in development, actively explore, innovate work concepts and work methods, and better help employees enjoy more stable work, more satisfactory income, more reliable social security, more adequate living benefits, and a richer spiritual and cultural life." Xu Dayong proposed at the meeting that it is necessary to solidly promote the work of inclusive services and strive to improve the quality of life of employees from the three aspects of "paying attention to promoting the transformation of support services", "establishing and improving the inclusive service system" and "effectively strengthening the guarantee of resource support". Promote the construction of employee service complexes, in accordance with the integrated construction idea of "meetings, stations, and homes", unify the trade union services for employees and grass-roots services to employee service centers, realize one-stop services, improve the functions of comprehensive service workers, and build a service-oriented, hub-type, and high-quality service workers' complex. Relying on "Internet +" to enhance the efficiency of inclusive services, build a sound trade union inclusive service network system, cultivate a number of online service brand projects with high degree of benefit and satisfaction of employees, promote the significant enhancement of trade union online service capabilities, digitally lead the high-quality development of trade union work to achieve remarkable results, and create a new pattern of online and offline mutual promotion and organic integration of service workers.
