Strengthen the construction of a solid foundation. The total investment of the project is 520 million yuan, and the design water supply scale is 30,000 tons/d in the near term (2025) and 60,000 tons/d in the long term (2030). The main construction content is three parts: water intake engineering, water purification plant engineering and water transmission project, using pontoon type to centrally draw water from Hongjiadu, and supporting the new chemical park, tea shop, eight steps and other high-level ponds, 27KM water pipeline network. The recent project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2022. Since the start of the project, Biyun Company has actively expanded its funding channels, strengthened its fund raising efforts, and tried every means to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction. At the same time, adhering to the interests of the masses as the foundation, the 217 peasant households involved in land expropriation in the project construction actively guided the solution of the problem of local migrant workers. Up to now, a total of 5.4 million yuan has been paid to land-related farmers for requisition and demolition, more than 300 safety inspections have been carried out, more than 500 people have been solved in local difficulties, and the construction of the single structure of the water plant and the main structure of the comprehensive office building has been completed.

Strengthen maintenance and promote safeguards. After clarifying the cause of the water shortage, Comrade Hong Wei notified the person in charge of the forestry station at the first time, made specific arrangements for the replacement of the pipeline, purchased a new water pipe at the fastest speed, contacted the maintenance personnel to replace the pipeline at the leaky place, and solved the draft problem of the two elderly people.

Strengthen supervision and promote rectification and reform. Taking the opportunity of the study and education of party history, Shixing Township keeps firmly in mind the original mission, bases itself on the work of drinking water for the masses, actively gives play to the role of village-level people's livelihood supervisors as "probes" and "nerve endings", discovers problems and supervises rectification and reform problems, solidly solves the problems of the masses' "urgent difficulties and anxieties", and earnestly does a good job of benefiting the people's livelihood, and does practical things in a down-to-earth manner, so as to provide a strong guarantee for consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and effectively linking with rural revitalization. After Yang Wei, a supervisor of people's livelihood, learned of the reflection of Liu Bing, a villager in the Dayan Group of Longjing Village, that "the water suddenly stopped at home", he promptly took the initiative to bring the water pipe and worked with the masses to replace the aging water pipe and restore the water supply for the masses' daily life.
