The old man named Li Yongxiang, who is 84 years old this year, worked in Wuhan Iron and Steel and was a reporter for the internal publication "Wuhan Iron and Steel Workers' Daily". After retiring in 1996, he and his wife moved to Shandong to settle down and spend their old age. In July this year, the old man returned to Wuhan to participate in the editing of a book.
One day in mid-August, Li Yongxiang took the subway out to run errands, which was also his first time on the subway. He said he was carrying luggage in his hand and limping on his leg because of his injuries.

Knowing that he still needed to change to the 542 bus to Qingshan, Feng Peng, the station chief on duty, took the old man's luggage and helped him to the bus stop outside the subway station.
