First, the significance of classroom observation

In my opinion, classroom observation has the significance of improving teaching, teacher professional development and teaching research.

As far as the promotion of teaching research is concerned, it can be said that the classroom contains all the pedagogy, observation itself means research, and observation in the classroom is to study students, that is, to study teachers, and to study education.
