The materials submitted at the secondary level include the information of the directors, standing committee members and employees of the "So-and-So Association", the minutes of meetings from 14 years to the present, the income and expenditure and the activities of various parties, including mark Simon, assistant to the founder of Various organizations and Next Media, Lai Chi Ying.

"So-and-so" committed 6 crimes, including inciting hatred against the central authorities and begging foreign countries to sanction the state, suspected of endangering national security; setting up a so-called "human rights museum" to broadcast "independence"; continuing to accept donations from external forces; suspected of crowdfunding and tax evasion; and participating in illegal "protest" activities.
1. Adhere to the so-called program: "So-and-so Society" has been suspected of violating the Hong Kong National Security Law for many years, but it has always been deeply closed and stubborn, insisting on shouting illegal slogans on different occasions.
2. Begging for foreign sanctions: The Hong Kong National Security Law was officially gazetted and implemented on June 30 last year, but Li Zhuoren, chairman of the "So-and-So Association", still participated in a videotaped hearing on Hong Kong-related issues organized by the US Congress on July 1 last year, requesting foreign organizations to interfere in Hong Kong affairs and support the United States in "sanctioning" Hong Kong.
3. Set up a so-called "human rights museum" to broadcast "independence": "So-and-so will" establish a so-called "human rights museum" in the form of the Internet, and its "exhibits" not only involve the slogan of "Hong Kong independence", but also have many contents such as smearing the Hong Kong National Security Law, downplaying the black riots of the previous year, and even beautifying the illegal "Occupy Central".

Continue to accept donations from external forces: After the Hong Kong National Security Law came into effect, the "So-and-So Association" continued to accept donations and funding from external forces such as the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) in the United States, which was suspected of violating the Hong Kong National Security Law. According to the information, since 1994, the Workers' Union, with Lee Cheuk-yan as secretary general, has applied for funding from the NED's Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS) in the United States, involving an amount of about HK$13 million.
5. Suspected crowdfunding tax evasion: In the past, "So-and-so Association" launched a number of crowdfunding in various names, and successfully raised about HK$1.675 million for the construction of the so-called "Human Rights Museum" from June to August last year alone. In the past, many citizens spontaneously demonstrated, questioning that "so-and-so" would make profits through fundraising, and asked law enforcement departments to investigate thoroughly.
6. Participation in illegal "protest" activities: He Junren, vice chairman of "So-and-so Association", was a director of the anti-China organization "Chinese So-and-So College". With the aim of promoting "Hong Kong independence" and subverting the country, the organization has repeatedly recruited members through online courses and taken the opportunity to "independently" young people from both sides of the strait and three places to participate in illegal "protest" activities. After the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law, Ho Chun-yan did not publicly carry out activities as a director of the "College", but he has been in this capacity for many years to collude and participate in anti-China activities sponsored by the "College" and take the opportunity to contact anti-China elements abroad.

In the past, the authorities did not make any regulations on such acts as the "so-and-so association", but the "so-and-so association" became more and more arrogant, directly turning slogans into actions, and during the "storm of amending the law" it incarnated as a "big platform" to incite riots, encouraging the public to participate in this Hong Kong version of the "color revolution" and "stirring up Hong Kong", and completely regarded the bottom line of "one country" as nothing.
Even after the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law, the "so-and-so association" has not relented at all, and two months ago continued to try to hold illegal assemblies in Victoria Garden, and vice chairman Zou Xingtong completely disregarded the warnings of the police and the hidden dangers of the epidemic, and took the lead in indicating that he would attend the assembly in his own name, in the picture of a black riot.
The group asked the police to thoroughly investigate the suspected illegal acts of so-and-so and freeze the relevant assets in accordance with the law
"So-and-so club" has always claimed to have more than 200 "group members", since 2014 no longer publish the list of members, at least half of the "members" have not participated in the "so-and-so club" activities for a long time or even long been dissolved, belonging to the "zombie members", and about 40 members who joined the "xx congressional association" in the name of the "XX parliamentarian office", but most of them have long lost their parliamentarian status, and some former district councilors do not know that they were originally "joined" by "so-and-so club". Some of the groups that have withdrawn have not yet been "removed" from the list by the "so-and-so association".
"So-and-so association" chose to end itself, in fact, there are early precursors, first chairman Li Zhuoren, vice chairman Zou Xingtong, He Junren fell into the net of law one after another, all staff members have been dismissed last month, its members such as the Education Association, the "People's Association", the major opposition political parties, etc., have withdrawn from the "so-and-so association" for several months, more than half of the members choose to cut off the seat and jump ship, the reason is obvious, everyone knows that the "so-and-so association" is coming to a large limit, it is impossible to continue to operate in the post-national security law era, and it will only become a negative asset that affects themselves. Especially after the media reported that the police were investigating the "so-and-so association", the "so-and-so association" has basically become an empty shell organization.

The central government's enactment of the National Security Law for Hong Kong is to remove Hong Kong's muddy waters. With so-and-so being being qualified as a "foreign agent," the time has come to hold him accountable according to law.
