The 2019-2020 heating season law officially put into operation, and on the night of the heating operation, Fan Xianfeng was in a coma for two days and one night due to excessive fatigue, and after waking up, he appeared at the heat exchange station for the first time. This year, in order to reduce the difficulty of construction and save investment costs, Fan Xianfeng contacted the construction unit, coordinated the highway, road administration, traffic police, Licheng Garden Bureau and other units for many times, and finally replaced the heating pipe outlet line of the original Huashan Gas Heat Source Plant from the green belt on the north side of the highway to lay a heating pipe network in the green belt on the north side of the highway.
