Chinese sturgeon has particularly high requirements for water quality, especially seedlings like small tadpoles, and the water in the nursery pot must not only be disinfected frequently, but also maintained at 19-20 degrees Celsius before they can survive.
Sturgeon is the only "living fossil" living in the water in the world, and it is also the highest nutritional value of all fish, and its cartilage (Chinese sturgeon cartilage), skin, fins, liver, intestines, etc. can be cooked into at least more than 30 delicious dishes.
"Generally the water in the pond is acidic, so the taste of farmed fish is not delicious enough, but the spring water here is weakly alkaline and rich in minerals, and the fish grown in such an environment have a firm, delicate flesh and a more delicious taste." At present, we have a total of five fishing farms, namely in Guosheng Township Xinbi Village, Dabi Village, Gesarazhi Liuhe Village and other places, mainly based on the cultivation of Chinese sturgeon, last year a total of 5 million catties were sold, with a total income of up to 25 million yuan.
