In October, Wang was sentenced to two and a half years in prison and fined 200,000 yuan for abuse of power and bribery.

In Tianjin, Zhao Jin's "real estate empire" is far more than just a project of "King's Landing". According to the investigation of Caixin Weekly, from Nanjing Road to Haihe River, Zhao Jin has developed at least 8 real estate projects, all of which are golden areas, including landmark buildings such as Chengji Economic and Trade Center and Waterfront Ginza, which can be called "Tianjin Biaowang".
