Another person on the bribery list of "second-generation official" Zhao Jin "appeared" -- Zhang Zhiyan, the secretary of Yang Weize, former secretary of the Nanjing Municipal CPC Committee.
Born in 1975, Zhang Zhiyan has a master's degree and was the deputy director of the General Office of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee. When Yang Weize fell, he and Yang's wife were taken away for investigation at the same time.
Now, Zhang Zhiyan's case has been disclosed, and he acts as the "inside line" of the real estate developer Zhao Jin, providing Zhao with Yang Weize's schedule information.
Do not underestimate the "provision of schedule", which is likely to lay a "stepping stone" for Zhao Jin to hunt and corrode Yang Weize. Zhao Jin's company has won at least 8 plots of land in Nanjing, with a total turnover of more than 3.3 billion yuan, which is basically related to Yang Weize.
The prosecution's indictment revealed that between 2012 and 2014, Zhang Zhiyan sought benefits for Zhao Jin in providing Yang Weize's schedule information and coordinating the settlement of real estate project construction, and illegally accepted cash and property given by Zhao Jin totaling about RMB930,000.
Curiously, Zhao Jin once gave Zhang Zhiyan a calligraphy work by Zhang Daqian, and in early 2014, he spent another 300,000 yuan to "buy" it from Zhang's hand.
As for Zhang Zhiyan's leader, Yang Weize, he was sentenced to 12 years and 6 months in prison for accepting bribes of about 16 million yuan directly or through his wife.
Zhao Jin is the son of Zhao Shaolin, a former member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and secretary general, and under the protection of his father, he used money to open the way and weave a huge network of political and business relations, accumulating wealth footprints throughout Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei and Tianjin.
Zhao Jin's "circle of friends" includes several ministerial-level cadres, such as Zhou Benshun, former secretary of the Hebei Provincial CPC Committee, Wu Changshun, former vice chairman of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, He Jiacheng, former executive vice president of the National Academy of Administration, Wang Min, former member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial CPC Committee and former secretary of the Jinan Municipal CPC Committee, and Yang Weize, former member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial CPC Committee and former secretary of the Nanjing Municipal CPC Committee.
Zhao Jin had a good relationship with Zhou Jing, the son of Zhou Benshun, and Duan Yanqiu, wife of Zhou Benshun, even recognized Zhao Jin as a "dry son". After Zhao Jin's accident, Zhou Jing asked Zhou Benshun to coordinate and help, and Zhou Benshun was unable to protect himself at that time, so he advised his son to take matters into his own hands and draw a clear line with Zhao Jin.
In order to hunt and corrupt these cadres, Zhao Jin did not hesitate to invest heavy money. He once built a clubhouse in Yuanxitang, a high-end residential area on Yuyuantan South Road in Beijing, which cost 100 million yuan to buy a belt for decoration, and Wang Min is a regular customer here.
The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection disclosed that after the promulgation of the eight regulations of the central government, especially after the issuance of the central government's notice on rectifying the "unhealthy winds in the clubhouse", Wang Min still turned a deaf ear and in June 2014, taking the opportunity of studying at the Central Party School, sneaked into Zhao Jin's clubhouse in Beijing to eat, drink and have fun.
After the Eighteenth National Congress, Wang Min took the opportunity to attend the Central Committee Plenary Session and the "Two Sessions" in Beijing, and repeatedly called Zhao Jin, explicitly suggesting that he send money.
Zhao Jin also often personally came forward to "dot" some department-level and department-level cadres who handled business specifically, and there were no less than 5 cadres in Tianjin: Ma Baiyu, former chairman of the Municipal Urban Investment Group; Shen Donghai, former secretary of the Urban and Rural Planning and Construction Transportation Work Committee of the Municipal CPC Committee; Du Nali, former deputy director of the Hebei District Construction Committee; Cui Zhiyong, former chairman of the Hebei District CPPCC Committee; and Wang Fan, former director of the Dongli District Planning Branch of the Municipal Planning Bureau.
Zhao Jin's hand also "extended" to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, drawing together two "inner ghosts" Luo Kai and Shen Ying. Luo Kai bought four sets of houses and two shops from Zhao Jin at a low price, and he repeatedly helped Zhao Jin in land approval and engineering projects in the Tianjin area he contacted. Luo Kai usually did not directly ask the local officials, but introduced Zhao Jin to the officials through the dinner bureau, and everyone tacitly agreed with each other.
From Yang Weize to Zhang Zhiyan, they have high and low levels and power divisions, but they are all "taken down" by Zhao Jinyi, because of the slippery slope of thinking, the pursuit of luxury enjoyment, and relaxation of the requirements for me.
