According to the Feixi County People's Procuratorate of Hefei City, the Feixi County People's Procuratorate was designated by the Hefei Municipal People's Procuratorate a few days ago to prosecute defendant Zhang Guoquan on suspicion of bending the law for personal gain and accepting bribes.

Defendant Zhang Guoquan served as deputy head of the Economic Crime Investigation Detachment of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau, deputy researcher of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau, and senior police chief of the fourth level. On September 2, 2019, he was retained by the Hefei Municipal Supervision Commission on suspicion of job-related crimes. On November 29, 2019, he was criminally detained by the Hefei Municipal People's Procuratorate on suspicion of bending the law for personal gain and accepting bribes, and on December 4 of the same year, he was arrested.

Defendant Zhang Guoquan, as a judicial worker, deliberately shielded the guilty person from prosecution and demanded money from others, the circumstances were serious, and he was suspected of bending the law for personal gain.
