People's Daily Anhui (id: rmwahpd) inquired that in February 2018, a notice of appointment and dismissal from the Hefei Municipal People's Government showed that Zhang Guoquan was appointed deputy researcher of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau. Previously, he was the deputy head of the economic investigation detachment of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau.
