A few days ago, 78-year-old Hollywood Harrison Ford accidentally injured his shoulder while filming "Raiders of the Lost Ark 5", and the current injury is unknown. However, the filming of the entire crew will continue. Let's take a look!
A Disney spokesperson said: Harrison Ford was injured while filming the fight scene, although the injury is unknown, but the injury involved is the shoulder part. Director James Mangold did not pause the shooting plan, but bypassed him and continued to shoot other scenes. He is currently actively selecting the best treatment plan for Harrison Foo and rescheduling the filming in the coming weeks.
This isn't the first time Harrison Ford has been injured while filming a movie, having suffered a serious back injury while filming Raiders of the Lost Ark 2 in 1982. In 2015's Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, he suffered a leg injury.
The Raiders of the Lost Ark 5 project has been delayed several times and is currently scheduled to be released on July 29, 2022. The last "Raiders of the Lost Ark 4" was released in 2008, and the first "Raiders of the Lost Ark" was released in 1981, more than 40 years ago.
The first four films in the series were directed by Steven Spielberg and the fifth was directed by James Mangold (King of speed, Wolverine 3, Deadly ID), with Spielberg, Catherine Kennedy, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel as producers.
